Was visiting for a family trip. Pretzels were burnt and clumped together, the people were snarky and looked weird (lazy eyes). Manager seemed super rude and standoffish. Will not come back would rather drive anywhere else for a pretzel 1000% better than here.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars! The staff ALWAYS has a terrible attitude, they treat you as if you’re a problem because they have to work. Rarely have pretzels made. Went this morning at 11:30, not a single pretzel was made, the girl working said it would be another 20 minutes before she would have anything done. Supposed to open at 11, but you have to wait till 12 if you actually want any food. This stand was a staple of my childhood, now I feel they might as well just go ahead and shut it down.

Every time I go there they never have any pretzels, or any kind of variety, they only ever have the small cups of regular salted ones. I always go there and want the pepperoni ones but they never have them. I also tried to call them several times to ask when they would have the pepperoni ones, but they never answer the phone either. And when I do go there, they are usually always closed, I have went there around 5 in the afternoon and they were already closed. Clearly they aren’t staying open their full hours. Please do better and stay open the times you have listed.

Terrible service. Thought my order seemed expensive. When picking up food there was a lemonade I didn’t order. When I said oh I didn’t order this the employee rudely said “I read your order back to you.” And sent me on my way. So it was my fault and had I not went back up and had to argue they were going to force me to pay for something I did not order on the basis he says he read my order back to me. Made me want to hit my head on a wall. In the end they gave me my money back for the lemonade but told me to never come back. It was Unbelievable to me and my family.

Horrible service… ordered for myself and kids, total was $30.30… I was going to give them a $50.. refused to take it. I didn’t have a smaller bill… asked if I got the order up to 40 if they would take it… NO, we don’t take 50’s or 100’s. Four smart mouthed teenage girls at the register acting like I was trying to rob them. Then they took the order that was sitting on the counter and PUT IT BACK IN THE CASE.

delicious as always! Love the cinnamon sugar pretzels and the plain buttered ones with cream cheese dip. My mother always looks forward to getting the pretzel hot dog bite things and my daughter likes the pretzel nuggets for a snack while we shop. Definitely give them a try

I did the survey on the receipt and went in to get my free pretzel. I get the pretzel and it was burnt bad on the back side. But I didn’t notice it until I got home. Went all the way back to the mall to get this replaced. The young guy that was there fixed me a fresh pretzel and even offered me a free drink which I declined.
