This location is hit and miss depending which baristas are working. Some are sweet and remember orders for their regulars and some just sort of stand around and pretend to be busy on the head set.
One of them was Lailany today. There were more baristas on the floor and I was the only customer who approached the counter. Leilani was actively ignoring me when simple « I will be right with you >>. turn the situation around and create friendly vibe for the customer. Then she proceeded to take the order from another customer who approached after. I did politely point it out to her and let the customer go in front of me anyway but right after that she again started absent mindedly just chatting with her coworker on the head set and kept asking me same question over and over again didn’t even apologize for her mistake at all and rolling her eyes
I guess it’s safe to say that ANTICIPATE-CONNECT-PERSONALIZE-OWN that is the vision of Starbucks customer service wasn’t met today, at least not for me today.

Great new building, with very tight parking lot. Along with the new building came a new crew of employees that could care less if you wait 26 minutes for a drink, when there are only 3 customers. Argh!! I was right there, feeling invisible, no hello, no smiles, not the great old Starbucks. Very old customer, and one time shareholder. I sold when they quit making the Coconut Cream Drink, many years ago. Now, they have discontinued the Mocho Chip Drink. And this year they stopped saying hello.

Ordered a kids Hot chocolate. This means they’re supposed to make it at ~125*F to avoid burning kids.
They did not. Since I’ve been a partner before at Starbucks, I know it gets missed by employees that don’t care. They did not care. My kid could have gotten burns due to incompetence.
Working the job before at a busy store, it’s not a difficult job, just fast. Mistakes happen I guess. They should be better.

Came through the drive through on a Friday afternoon, simple grande white mocha no whip no foam and venti iced coffee. get my grande and it is so light that you can pour at least 4 more oz in the cup and it’s obvious I haven’t taken a sip bc I felt the empty cup and opened the lid just to find whip cream where the label clearly says no whip. Didn’t wanna be rude so kindly walked back in said it the cup is not anywhere near full and it came with whip. She said they would remake it, so I was perfectly fine. The Filipina girl suddenly says out loud it’s a remake bc the complaint is it wasn’t filled completely and it has whip to a heavier set blonde girl who is going to remake my drink and then push it toward me with her attitude and whatever she muffled in the corner. I am a new mom who doesn’t get coffee too often these days bc it expensive so excuse me if I am looking for a FULL GRANDE CUP or damn near close. Next time yall wanna chat about a complaint make sure we don’t overhear your heavy sighs. And to the blonde girl with an attitude, hope your day gets better!

This Starbucks location must be the best in town. Recently built, it is spacious, well lit, plenty of room to sit and work or just relax. Outside terrace is clean and always breezy, very refreshing.

Clean and spacious location with plenty of tables to work. Always air-conditioned nicely with plenty of parking in the lot. Service is always fast and prompt. Aubrey and Shantal are kind and personable. Outstanding. One of my favorite locations.

Nice quiet starbucks off of Bonita Road and Central. Place is open, clean, and has an atmosphere to work or have meetings. The restroom is clean and the staffs are attentive. I ordered the ventilation mocha Frappuccino with no whip cream. Came out perfect, not overblended. Will return again for a nice and quiet place to work.

This location is using the reviews from the store that closed 100 yards away in order to bolster the reviews for their new location. If you’re a Bonita local, try visiting Better Buzz on Bonita Rd or Jets Espresso stand in the Lolita’s parking lot to support a small business. Starbucks isn’t cool anymore, and they clearly don’t care about your time, your community, or your coffee.
