Well you finally did it. I use to order twice a week from this location but since you got this lady working there I’ve had issues with my last 3 orders and today was the final. You’re not only messing up my order but you have a very negative attitude I will no longer purchase pizza from this location thanks to you. made me waist my time today after placing an order early for pick up you made me wait 30 extra minutes because you did not have my pizzas ready and after waiting the pizzas were wrong show zero empathy. never again!!

Just had a really good customer service experience. There was a mixup with my order so the manager came out and offered us a 2 liter soda since we had to wait an extra few minutes. When we did get our pizza, it was piping hot and soooo delicious!

I ordered two boxes of pizza at 8:20, and according to Uber, the order was supposed to arrive between 8:40 and 9:00 at the latest. I went outside to wait for the driver—it’s important to mention that this store uses its own drivers. I started waiting before 8:40. By 9:20, the order still hadn’t arrived. We called, and they said the driver was 6 minutes away, so I kept waiting, but they never showed up.
At 9:30, the order was marked as delivered on Uber, even though it wasn’t. I was still outside waiting. We called again, and they said the gate had a code, that the driver called me, and I didn’t answer—but in reality, I was standing outside the gate the entire time, and he never showed up or called me.
I tried to contact Uber Eats, but it was difficult since this location uses its own delivery drivers. That’s why I’m leaving this review—because of the terrible service and lack of communication. We had to call multiple times to get a solution, since there was no reason I should lose $38 after waiting outside and never receiving the order. They never reached out—we had to do all the calling ourselves. After insisting so much, they finally completed the delivery around 10:00, saying they would resend their driver.

Placed order at 401pm. Showed out for delivery at 431pm with an eta of 445pm. At 457pm the delivery was updated to 515pm. I called store to see where my order was. Was told driver had flat tire, had to send a second driver to get the pizzas and would be here in 15-20 minutes. It is now 24 minutes later and still no order. I was offered a store credit for the inconvenience. I will never order delivery again from this store and will probably just take my business was elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pizzas today and they are the best pizzas I have received from this location. Plenty of toppings you could actually see and taste. Both pizzas were as ordered, even the one pizza I requested “Square Cut”.
The spinach topping is to be placed under the cheese and other toppings so it does not burn. Some of the spinach was under the toppings, but some was not. This is why 4 stars were given. Kindly thank the cook who prepared my two pizzas.

Just moved to Coconut Creek and I’ve got to say I miss the Coral Spring’s location. Definitely not the same quality at all. Ordered for delivery which arrived quickly but doesn’t make up for the lack of effort in preparing the food. Pizza came thin crust even though that’s not what I ordered… I guess that’s just how they want to make it at this location. They could not even seem to cut the pizza into slices. We ordered cinnamon knots which had no cinnamon on them. As you can see from the photos they were bare dough knots. This was a call in order and I asked for two icings not only did I receive only one but the printed box only had one as well which means the person on the phone couldn’t even enter it in the system correctly. All of these things put together just shows the lack of food preparation as well as the work ethics of the employees. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered the jalapeño and bacon stuffed bread, and it was absolutely delicious! However, I wanted to point out that the box was unsealed. For customer safety, it would be great if the box could be sealed or placed in a bag using staples. This small change would make the experience even better.
