I went though the drive though. Kinda. They took our order and 20 min or more later we had not made it to the 1st window. My had to go to the restroom and I call their number. The manager told me if I didn’t like it leave. I just want them to let my wife in to go to the bathroom. I would have waited for my food. We had to leave

Ordered for pickup and parked. 10 minutes passed and still no order. The drive thru has cars that were behind the order sign leaving before I got my meal. They were prioritizing drive thru over anything else..I say this because another gentlemen inside observed the exact same thing. He had been waiting just as long. I obviously went in to ask about my meal and to just get it and I’m told we’re really short staffed and we’re trying hard. I told them I understand but you have been sending your drive thru orders over everyone else. She walked away I got another employee who I told her I just wanted to get my meal… She walks away and then I get an employee in all black who apparently was the manager. She comes up to me with attitude telling me I’m making her employees uncomfortable like I’m in there yelling and cursing. I was calm collected and didn’t even raise my voice… But the lady came at me like I did something horribly wrong. She acted like complaints were not allowed… Her excuse was that the person was a teenager…I did nothing other than ask where my meal was and complain that the time was too long considering they’re serving drive thru before anyone else. Oh also I got short staffed as an excuse as well as we’re waiting on your nuggets. The inconsiderate way the supposed manager approached me is unacceptable.

This location has the rudest employees. Every time I go through they always give me an attitude, and I can hear them talking crap. I came at 6pm on January 4th and had 3 mobile orders, they said I could only pick up 2 at a time and so we sent someone inside to pick up the last one. One of the employees told another employee to take longer on our order because we sent someone inside. They also started laughing saying that they were out of apple pies, but another employee argued with him before grabbing 2 apple pies and putting it in the bag. The employee that made all of the comments was named Travis.

Don’t stop here if you have anything planned afterwards. The slowest McDonald’s I’ve seen when it comes to getting your order. Nothing like waiting 15 mins on ONE McMuffin.

EVERY time I go to this location I end up waiting entirely too long for the simplest orders. I once waited for almost 20 minutes for a single biscuit sandwich. I’ve had a person ask if I want a regular or spicy McChicken and when I said regular he said “what do you mean?” Then today I watched multiple people drive away before getting their food and I got the wrong sauces and wrong drink. Not to mention every employee has a horrible attitude.

I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel in the drive thru. They asked me to pull to the next window while they cooked the steak, that was fair. Later when I got to where I was going I took a bite and it was not Steak. It was a cheap sausage patty. What a rip off.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit at the drive-thru. Service was prompt and pleasant. I immediately parked my vehicle to eat the breakfast sandwich and it was barely warm and the biscuit was definitely overcooked because it was crunchy 🙁

Disrespectful employee (Travis) 1/4/2026 roughly 6:30pm: My mother, sister, and I were using separate mobile orders. An employee stated that we could only do 2 at a time. We understood. My mother got out of the car and went inside. I pulled around with my sister in the back seat. We could hear employees upset and getting loud. An employee stated came to the window and was sassy and glared at us. We thought he was having a bad day. So, we didn’t think anything of it. When we pulled to the drink window we could hear an employee say “the mobile order is at the window.” (Referring to my mother who was standing inside ant the window. A employee named Travis said “well that’s going to take longer, don’t they realize that? We’ll take it slow for her.” Then while preparing the order and getting the apple pies Travis said “oh no we are out of apple pies. Shucky darns.” Then the manager had to get involved and hand him the apple pies. Travis’s statements and attitude were extremely disrespectful to my mother. I called the manager and he provided Travis’s name and said he would have a talk with him. Whoever is the area manager NEEDS to get involved with this location. From inaccurate or cold orders to now disrespectful employees, I have had enough. I am never coming back to this location. If you’re a customer like me, please read all the reviews. They are not being dramatic. Do not come here.
