I can’t say enough good things about Patelli’s. Every time I come in I’m always greeted with smiles, given delicious recommendations, and even opportunities to try new flavors (I’m now obsessed with the parmesan garlic sauce). Great quality halal food, nice menu variety, and clean and comfortable atmosphere. *Pictured is my leftovers from the crispy Philly wrap, and this is after I absolutely devoured what I could.

I ordered gyro cheese fries from Patelli’s and they were TERRIBLE. The meat was overcooked and very DRY. My husband called back to ask if we can replace the item with something of the same price and the hostess told us to hold on while she asked the manager. The manager told her to tell us NO. We then asked to speak with the manager and the hostess said they were not on shift so who did she ask for the item replacement? ANYWHO! I’ve attached a photo for reference. Order at your own risk.

The food usually is really good here now it is uncooked and over seasoned with strong spices that don’t match the previous ingredients. The person taking the order doesn’t know the menu as well as has poor customer service and no training to take orders. The previous person that took orders was efficient and friendly and knowledgeable . As a normal customer here the business is slowly becoming worse. I guess there’s new ownership and new customers they’re trying to please, but don’t forget about the old ones.

Came here with my wife and ordered the Italian beef sandwich with mozzarella as well as a side of chicken strips and french fries. The food came out fast and hot, and was all delicious. We both left satisfied and the service staff was also nice. This place has the best food variety of the halal American restaurants out here. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my visit! The food was hot, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff was polite and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Great value for the price—definitely a go-to spot for a quick meal.

I had a great experience eating at Patelli’s. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The cashier was very helpful with choosing menu items. They were quickly able to prepare our food and give it to us. My son ordered a Polish Sausage, but found it was fried rather than grilled. It was a nice size portion, but I think he wanted it grilled. My kids got chicken tenders that they enjoyed, but have been a little overcooked. We also ordered a gyro sandwich. This was nicely prepared,, having onions , meat and a few tomatoes. It was served with tzatziki sauce on the side rather than in the sandwich. I do wish they would have given a bit more meat. I’m glad that the restaurant proudly displayed that the food is Zabihah Halal & the staff was happy to remind us as we ordered. This allowed for an easier ordering experience. We will try again in the future!

This was our first visit to Patelli’s and it definitely won’t be our last! The food and service was amazing! The ambiance was great for a diner too with some great wall art! My favorite was the sign on the bathroom door that says something like “employees must wash their hands, so should you but I’m not your momma”.
Patelli’s has an array of unique foods to try. We went with a Crispy BBQ Beef Roll, Crispy Philly Roll, Cheeseburger, pizza puffs and Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries for dine in. We also grabbed a Crispy Gyro Roll to go and it stayed hot AND crispy the hour drive home. All sandwiches accompanied by fresh cut fries and those were great too!
They even added a cute little message written on the to go bag “smile”. I thought that was a wonderful touch.
Again, everything was great! Look forward to returning and trying something else unique to their establishment.
