Food / pastries are great (most of the time), but customer service is ZERO.

– Turned a great and happy morning, into stress and confrontational for no reason
Today I wanted to bless a client with pastries.
So I spent in total $136.
Since they boxed up all the pastries without asking me, I asked for bags to make it look nicer. They said no bags for the boxed pastries.
I asked for a few smaller bags. She gave me 2.
Then I realized I needed 1 more bag for the napkins (that I had to pull out one by one from the dispenser b/c she did not want to give me a stack of napkins).
The cashier (female) said I was already given too many bags I should have received zero bc my items were boxed. She refused to give me 1 more small paper bag. Unbelievable.
The owner / manager ignored me for awhile. Then I beseeched her in Korean “How can I go to a client’s office like this – fist full of napkins??” She finally gave in and gave me a SMALL wax coated bags for the napkins.
I will start spending my money elsewhere at other Paris Baguette locations or go to 85c.
They seem to be penny-wise and dollar foolish.
Very disappointing behavior.
I also orderd a large peach iced tea, easy ice, she gave it to me with 1.5 inches less drink. I asked her to fill it to the top. She was annoyed but complied.
Customer service is the name of the game. They need some retraining on this.

If you’re looking for delicious pastries like croissants or chausson aux pommes, this is the place to go. The quality is top-notch, and the flavors are as authentic as it gets. The staff are super friendly, and they even have a lovely terrace where you can sit outside, soak up the sun, and enjoy your meal.
It’s so hard to find truly delicious, authentic bread and pastries here, but Paris Baguette delivers every time. I find myself coming here almost every week! Starting the day with some of their food always puts me in a great mood. Plus, the prices are more affordable than Starbucks. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a taste of Paris!

I simply love this place. The cakes are always so moist and soft. The creams are clean you can tell just from the taste. This place trumps Porto’s when it comes to pastries. I highly recommend for those that have a sweet tooth or those looking for high end deserts.

Loved their croissant pastries with filing and strawberries. The lemon filling one was my favorite. Staff was really friendly and nice. Cute place they had outside seating and had Christmas music playing. Definitely will be back.

So many pastries I have never seen before and they are all beautiful. They have croissants bread Donuts cake cheesecake all types of coffee. They even have strawberry and mango smoothies. The hazelnut iced coffee didn’t taste much like hazelnut but I like my coffee sweet. The decadent brownie was exactly as labeled. The blueberries and cream on a brioche bun was light fluffy and very tasty. The Walnut cream bread was very buttery. I definitely want to go back and try their blueberry chiffon cake.

Stopped by Paris Baguette for a sweet treat and their cakes never disappoint! The fresh cream is so light and fluffy, and the sponge layers stay soft and moist even after a day in the fridge. I tried the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake—perfect balance of sweetness with real fruit. Prices are a little higher than a typical bakery, but the quality and presentation feel worth it for a special occasion or a coffee-and-cake break.

Such a cute little place tucked away in the corner of a plaza. They have outdoor seating and even heaters! As soon as you walk in, they have hand sanitizer and disposable gloves for customers to use upon arrival. Before covid, they had trays that customers could use. They’ve replaced them with take home boxes which I think is absolutely genius! This few items are placed in two areas of the location. So if you change your mind and want more items, you conveniently close to one or the other. All their pastries and food are individually wrapped which is great and I hope they continue this after the pandemic has passed. And once again, when you arrive at the register, they have hand sanitizer for their customers and they wipe down the area after each customer. My favorite pastries are the whole red bean and the sweet potato! They are delicious! Every drink item has been superb. Love that I can swing by for a morning coffee and arrive in the evening for a hot tea and snack ❤
