Good workers however who ever seems to be in charge of the pizza making and or cutting doesn’t cook it right. My pizza was undercooked as the bottom was still light and the pizza cutter didn’t even go through it showing just how undercooked it was. It was a thin crust as well. If it’s not backed up in there don’t rush the pizzas! We primarily ate the toppings bc of how it was ripping

Well I’m waiting for a pizza right now at this place and guess what, the people who work here don’t wear gloves to touch and prepare the food, I’m literally watching them go in and out of different rooms and touch door handles, computer keyboards and come back to handle the pizzas without washing their hands, they don’t wear hats to tie their hair back and there are two women with long hair in a ponytail that goes past their shoulders. A total lack of hygiene, if you want to grab who knows what I recommend this place and most importantly if you’re hungry don’t order because your pizza will be ready 2 hours later and a cancellation

I would’ve given it 5 stars but my pan pizza needed to be cooked just a tad longer then it would’ve been perfect. I ordered online and it was delivered very fast by Gloria, she left her extra tip on my deck. I wanted to call her back but I know someone else is wanting their pizza quickly too. I’ve ordered before and it was amazing, this time it was good as far as fresh and fast.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza and there is ZERO Buffalo sauce on top, like there’s supposed to be. It’s very frustrating, considering we’ve complained about this before. It’s not even a Buffalo Chicken pizza without the sauce! I can’t wait for the new location, in Crandall, to open. Hopefully, they’ll make this pizza correctly.

I haven’t even got my food yet. I’m waiting for it to be ready. I came in and ordered. Service has really gone downhill. I walk in no greeting. It’s not even busy no hi how you doing? What can I get for you? Just what would you like speaking very low? I had to ask multiple times what because I couldn’t hear no smile no it will be 10 15 minutes. Just walked away before I even paid.Before I even paid. I get. Better service at McDonald’s it’s a real shame.

This place is far disappointing!!! My Food came burn and cold I call the manager to tell her about it and gave me credit for my two medium pizzas I call to get the credit back and now they say they have no recall on it and they have me on hold for almost an hour some to get in hold with a manger and once someone answer and said hello they just click on me!!!!!! You don’t do that very very poor service rude and disrespectful!!!!!!! I will never go back again don’t recommend this place at all!!!!!!
