Had the worst experience on New Year’s Eve.. way to bring in the new year. Originally placed my order around 7pm to have to wait 3 hours to then cancel my order. First I only received part of my order. Got it settled with DoorDash to get the order replaced. This location never redid my order, kept hanging up on me when I called. The manager wasn’t helpful at all. And to top it all off, they decide to call me today, first day of the year, to tell me they are only going to refund me $30 of an $85 order. Ridiculous. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I went in there with my mother to buy food to this business and the audacity when I went back to get something that was missing the gentleman in the front area told me when I told them there was a sauce missing. Let me see the bag for me to go back to my car that’s across the street from the establishment and go back with my food that will make my food cold one too When I told him and I reply, I don’t need to lie to you. You could come to my car and see that I only have one sauce he started getting tough. Do not get tough with customers. Do not treat customers like everybody is out to get for a 50 Cent cup of sauce in this industry. People need to respect the ones that pay them because my money pays your salary. the owners need to retrain the manager and The employees of how to handle situations like this, but the next time that somebody goes to that establishment and you get tough with that person they’re not gonna be so nice

It’s alright. They have kids working the front, and people who speak minimal English in the back. The location is centered in an urban area of east Orange. The types of patrons that walked in were very questionable and hostile. Wingstop says it closes at midnight, yet I was in the building at 11pm. A woman came in at 1115 and they told her they were closed. It’ll survive for a bit in the area, due to the area.
Edit: after a second visit. The service is just getting worse. The two cashiers are on the phone playing games or whatever. My fries were stale as if they have been sitting there all day, my drink order was completely wrong.

I can never understand the negative reviews for this Wingstop location because my experiences here have been consistently excellent. Compared to my visits to other Wingstop locations, I’ve learn how to move around them now. I ALWAYS place my orders online, which ensures I never have to wait more than 30 minutes for my food. If the food is not ready @ said pick up time then I just report it. Simple as that.
Initially, I used to order the bone-in wings, but after trying them at multiple locations, I realized they weren’t for me. The bones were either too hard or there wasn’t enough meat on them. However, at this locaiton I order the hot honey rub boneless and it’s the best thing I ever had in Wingstop.
Whenever I order online and arrive at the set pick-up time, my food is ALWAYS ready. I simply inform the staff at the front, and they hand over my order promptly. The staff at this location are genuinely friendly, adding to the positive experience.
Overall, this Wingstop location has never disappointed me, and I highly recommend it!

Location sucks! Ordered Louisiana Rub and they basically gave me plain wings. Hardly any flavor at all. Don’t get me started on giving me the wrong number of wings as well. Even the BBQ doesn’t taste like it always does. Save your money or take the drive to one of the Newark locations. Ruined my damn dinner
