Ok, I held off on doing this review to see if things got better at this location. I have had repeated (more than 6 times) in the last month where I order a Tall mocha, no whip. The person processing the order keeps giving me a White Mocha… WHY??? THE WORD”WHITE” NEVER CAME OUT OF MY MOUTH. I didn’t catch this the first couple of times until we were on the road and let it go. Since then, at least 75% of the time, they put in White vs what I ordered.
Today, I corrected them as I was ordering and they updated the order. Apparently they start on the orders before they are finalized because the girl handed me the drink at the window and it was A WHITE MOCHA. She looked at me like I was insane when I refused to take it and made her get the right one.
What is it with this location???
Management needs to do some quality control on their staff.

Staff needs to be retrained on what a “splash” of heavy cream means. I ordered an ice double espresso with a splash of heavy cream and got heavy cream with a splash of espresso. The drive thru took so long that I didn’t have time to go back in and ask them to remake it.

Horrible experience!! I ordered thru drive thru a Hot lavender macha They told me that it was not available that he would custom make it when I got it. It was super bitter not sweet at all so I went inside to let them know so they can change my order or fix it. He took over 20 minutes to give me my order and the lady who attended the meat was super rude. Everyone got their order and I was just there waiting and waiting and waiting and then I got my drink finally after I complained and the drink was not even blended property much of pieces everywhere

I truly appreciate how clean this Starbucks is—it really makes a difference. Vanessa, in particular, works so hard to keep everything tidy, and it shows. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel special. Plus, my drinks were absolutely wonderful!

Starbucks is situated in a great area, but unfortunately, there is no parking available. I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently found the morning staff to be exceptional; they provide outstanding service. However, the staff later in the day are not as welcoming. One staff member, who has a ponytail and appears to be older, often runs around and chats, which makes her seem less focused. I believe her name is Melissa.

Messed my drink up completely yesterday and I asked for them to remake it and they still messed it up. I wish I didn’t tip it was terrible. It’s not a hard drink to make either it was a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso I work at Starbucks so I’m not sure what happened at this location.
