Not pleased to spend the $$$ that I did. I got a hotdog and Italian beef. The hotdog was cold and they forgot the celery salt. Not sure if that was accidental or they don’t use celery salt on chicago style dogs. The bread from the italian beef was like rubber it tasted old. Even tho you dunked it in the juice it was still tough to pull and bite through, it should melt in your mouth. I’m sure there are times when everything is feash here however this afternoon just wasn’t it.

Best Double Cheeseburger I’ve had in years! The Hot Dogs were so-so. The Buns were hard. The Fries were really great! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Nice little neighborhood restaurant. We had an gyro, Chicago dog and kids dog. The portions were huge and everything was fresh. My gyro was so full l had to eat a ton of meat first then the sandwich. My husband’s dog was really good as well. Very traditional.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, Cashiers Mirus greeted me. She immediately engaged and I told her this is my first time here. She immediately got me a menu and recommended their top menu item. After finishing the last bit of morsel, like a fish, I was hooked. The food was authentic, fresh and extremely tasty. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, “SHAME ON YOU.” You’re cheating yourself and family. Just try it at least one time and you will more than likely have the same experience as myself. Enjoy!

Waited about 10 minutes for my food. Cheeseburger was ok. Had a weird after taste. Cheese fries were nice and hot. Fresh. Chocolate shake wasn’t as chocolatey as I’d like. $6.50 for a shake is crazy so I wont be coming back as the prices were high. Didn’t give me napkins when they handed me the tray.

Textbook perfect dog! On Mondays, two dogs and a full order of delicious hand cut fries is just under seven bucks. Can’t beat that. Very friendly staff and neon lit decor inside. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

No frills location in a strip center. The staff was friendly and it was clean for a “hole in the wall” type place. There are quite a few menu options.

The fries were cooked enough to not be wimpy, another few seconds in the fryer would have been perfect. Well seasoned, and you get a huge order.
The dog was perfect. I’d put it up against the more well known places in the Chicago area. Bun was soft, seasoning spot on, and the veggies fresh.

Growing up in Chicago these are the kind of places that aren’t around as much, hot dog places are literally disappearing in front of our eyes so if you get a chance please go in and have a piece of history, now on to the review, good food good, prices are a tad bit high but i definitely understand how this economy works, had a beef sandwich, was good, wife had a hot dog, little on the small size but good overall taste, and also a pizza puff(never go wrong with that) overall good food, nice location.

Fantastic little spot. Robin is such a friendly person and the hotdogs are better than Portillo’s. Can’t wait to go back and try the sloppy joe and tater tots. 10/10 recommend.

No words can explain how good this food is. Everything is fresh. I had a bacon burger. So delicious! Fries are homemade or restaurant made. I love mozzarella sticks and its hard to find a place with well done, hot, gooey sticks. I was so stuffed.
