Fast friendly service in a clean restaurant. The employees were all really nice. The sandwiches were great and everyone left happy. The veggie sandwich was delicious. The mushrooms made it especially satisfying! I also appreciated the fresh lime wedges for the drinks.

I used to like going to this Firehouse subs but I don’t know what happened. I ordered online and when I got there the order was not ready and then I had to wait 35 minutes in the store for my little sandwich that had nothing on it.!! I asked for no onions because I’m allergic to them. Guess what? I got onions there goes the sandwich and the garbage and I asked for extra tomatoes. Didn’t get those I asked for mustard. Didn’t get that a very bad experience. So many people were in there. Complaining about the order and saying how slow they are and their orders were not right. Three people were working. One of them was just standing around and the girl looked like she didn’t even want to be there. This is no way to run a business. You need more employees. Get the orders right. The place was a mess I am not happy with this establishment at all.

Came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal with my kids. One of my kids wanted olives, however I was told we couldn’t make any changes. My daughter simply wanted to add olives, which is a free topping. I understand substituting meats around or the sandwich for another sandwich type, but adding or removing free toppings?? Insanity.
On my order she asked me for white or wheat bread, and I said no bread. They called out name and we left and drove over 20 minutes home. I opened my bag to see my meat only tucked into a cup. No other toppings. What!? Unreal.
And they forgot my pickle to add insult to injury.

App didn’t take my modifications so I called to see if I could get it remade. Multi million dollar company said no. Get better customer service from mom and pop places. Never going back. Total garbage customer service.

I’ve gone here a lot over the past few years. Last 2 orders were messed up and no one contacts me back after I made a complaint. Think I’m done. Last order had parchment paper in my sandwich. Costs too much to have bad sandwiches like that. Management and corporate make no attempts to fix anything. Pictures attached of my last sandwich.

Last time I visited Firehouse was not the usual quality of food the prices are high $14.00 For a medium sandwich and a small bag of chips & regular drink.i had not been in a while was un the area not expressed I should have stopped at Burger King next door hit there Value menu.

Food is good, place was clean, service was slow and crappy this afternoon. The kid who took out order couldn’t speak. He mumbled, wasn’t friendly, or polite. Same to be said for the female employee who made our subs. No smiles, no interaction, not even a hello or a thank you. Love Firehouse Subs but with all the food options in the area, might skip this place for a while until these employees get replaced. Food – 10/10. Cleanliness – 10/10. Service – 2/10.
