i firstly wanna say that this place really needs to choose their employees wisely. went up there tonight through the drive thru, granted it was around 11 and i understand that it was the end of their shift but i feel its very important that the customer feels satisfied and happy 100%. this lady did NOT do this, before we entered the drive thru we overheard her with the customer before, giving them the same treatment we were given.. the lady was very rude and had the worst attitude and tone ive honestly ever encountered. when we pulled to the window she continued to be rude on the headset to the next customer and was rolling her eyes while taking orders. overall, very poor work ethic and also the chicken nuggets we ordered were overcooked and smelled terrible like they sat in the grease for too long. Am not happy with my experience

I went in with my grand-baby for breakfast before dropping her off at school. I was the only one at the time. Drive thru came and went, other patrons came in and ordered and received order. I wasted almost 30 minutes…. No one asked me while waiting if I needed anything or if I had even received my order. I speak with an employee who knows nothing about my order. Pulled order up on the register and finally gave me my food. They give out free food to their friends and or stay on their cellphones.

Burger King Was Very Good, Our Supper Was Fresh And Just Prepared. The Only Thing Is They Forgot The Mayo On Our Original Chicken Sandwiches.. Other Than That The Service Was Excellent. The Lady At The Drive Thru Was Very Friendly And Courteous. Overall Burger King Was Very Good. Will Be Back.

I ordered online I should be able to drive up get my order and go! Once I got my order after 10 minutes it was wrong to take it back in there and fix it. I’m tired I like to go home and relax! And my burger looks sloppy! When the girl finally brought up my order she told me she wanted to walk slow to my vehicle! Seemed like she was being a smart aleck! Altogether I waited 20 minutes!

I went to this Burger King for years with no issues, but for the past six months they have not made a single burger as per my order, which is always simple, a mustard Whopper with no cheese. They always include cheese, no mustard, with mayo and ketchup. I give up. I’ll drive further if I ever want Burger King again, but that’s doubtful. There’s other restaurants near by I will patron. It’s as if they can’t read.

Lady we had tonight on the Box was epic very patient for all 5 meals I had… Lady at the window was super sweet and very accommodating… We had to wait for our food to be fresh for us today which was great in itself but totally worth the money and the wait… Kudos to the kitchen staff too they were on point! Was so fresh we still had to wait! Overall it was a great experience! I prefer this location above the rest in Texarkana

I go almost everyday sandwich usually whopper or whopper jr light mayo both buns cut in half today it’s wrong like how same order but to me this is a great Burger King love the early morning manager I love both shifts actually and they do have a contest for the million dollar whopper and once you get the fine print it says it if you got a criminal background you can’t win a contest because they were about the image which I think is very discriminatory so I will be going to add the rest of my review on Yip for their corporate. The Burger King corporate corporate in America, because that is ridiculous that because of something that I did in the past, I can’t win in the contest the contest can help lead my future and help me from stopping someone from the future, making the same mistakes that I did in the past that is crazy like I just can’t believe Burger King did it. I worked at Burger King my first job when I was 14 years old. Why would it be something in there about somebody criminal background? Maybe that person haven’t done nothing like myself in a very long time and just need that one chance they just took it away they say do a crime do your time you pay for come out you good but that is not true because if you read those rules there’s doing a criminal background check because they’re worried about their image. If you ever did something in the past, I’m telling you it don’t go away like they say, they do so you might as well not get in trouble because this is ridiculous. You can’t even enter a contest that’s ridiculous. allegedly, so let me say allegedly cause I want nobody suing me because that’s what I got out of what I read read
