I ordered a large brown sugar shaken expresso. I didn’t ask for less ice because the owner of this particular franchise will give you an half empty cup. First, they put ice past the 2nd line as you can see by the picture, this was taken after I had already drank most of it. Second, they filled it to about where the blue line is with the actual coffee that I paid more than 6 dollars for. This location is the only one who I have issues like this with so they deserve this review. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Thanks and I suggest making your own coffee, it’s less expensive.

I used the drive thru on 2/5/2026 at 9:35am. This was to purchase sprinkle donuts for my 4 year old grand niece. I have used this location many times. Everytime I come through this particular drive thru, there is one employee that seems to always be there at the window and taking the drive thru orders. Pam is an exceptional woman. Always very kind, soft spoken and patient. She needed those patience with me that day as I kept adding to the donut order. I originally only needed 1 but ended with a half dozen and a tea. Thank you Pam for being the kind soul you are. You are a definite asset to the company and this busy location. Wishing you all that is good in this world! Thank you again!

This is my favorite location. I have to pass 4 Dunkin’s on my way to this one. The staff is polite and very helpful. Orders are done quickly unless they’re super busy which they do get often. If there’s a mistake with your order they fix it quickly. There’s plenty of parking. Bathrooms are always clean. I come here when the atmosphere is quiet (I decide when I come in).

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state, the coffee taste like burnt water. Not good. Shouldn’t have to put a bunch of sugar or salt flavors into the coffee to make it taste like something. I bet it’s just the owner of the franchise cheaping out. Never going back again. they’re also more expensive than other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, And I almost think there wasn’t even caffeine in their coffee. I’ve had their coffee a handful of times in the past 10 years this place is terrible. Just go down the street to Terryville and you’ll get slightly better coffee.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years and lately the service quality dipped. Yesterday was the final straw. My wife and I ordered the bacon which came out cold! Not room temperature, cold! We asked them to reheat it they said they couldn’t it would burn the roof of our mouth. We have always had the bacon from there never an issue and finally we get another bag from this woman who is always there that I am not a fan of. Her hair used to be pink now it’s blonde and she always makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her when you order. We told them it seemed the bacon came from the fridge she snarled at us and said no it didn’t like we were crazy! I won’t be using this one anymore until they fire her she really isn’t great at all

I never leave bad reviews but the food we just received was awful, still cold/frozen and stale. Doesn’t matter that they built a new building recently. I’d rather go to the old building if it meant the food quality and service were acceptable.

Great Dunkin! My order is usually accurate, the couple of times they’ve done green tea instead is lemonade for my refresher they’ve fixed it without issue. I usually do pickup through the app and it’s always ready! Staff is very friendly as well!!
