This place used to be my favorite, but once they got my order crust burned and when i went back to told them they dismissed the issues by saying it was not theirs and insisted the proof of receipt when clearly it was their pizza. The manager was so so rude! I cant believe they put that kind of person to be a front man taking care of customers. If you order from them make sure to let them know nobody wants their pizza burnt like charcoal.

The thin crust is nicely crisped from the pizza oven, and the flavor holds up well. I loaded mine with tons of meat, mushrooms, and olives—no complaints there. The “man child” opted for his go-to pepperoni and sausage, and it disappeared fast.
Toppings were a bit light, but you can ask for more (though I always feel a little guilty doing so). Overall, it’s a convenient spot for customizable pizzas that still hit the spot.

I just received my two pizzas ,buy one get one free.I took my first slice and noticed it was completely burned so I removed the toppings and placed them on the second slice wow that was burned black also completely charred black all over the crust so we ended up with half our pizza unedible.when I called to explain the girl told me she checked the pizza at 3;00 then I told her we just got our pizza around 7:00 pm .I than told her not to lie just admit you didn’t check it because there is no way a decent person would send it out.She finally admitted she didn’t check it and offered a new on but I now do not trust her not to spit in it if she can lie so easily. Horrible customer service. CHECK ALL PIZZAS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARENT BURNT BLACK.

This was our first time eating here and I was not impressed with the food. Two of our pizzas were very burnt and you can see on the barbecue chicken pizza one of the slices hardly had any toppings on it and was just burnt bread. I ordered ahead for pick up and ordered the hot honey sauce to try, and was told they don’t have containers for it anymore and I would be reimbursed because they couldn’t give it to me. It’s been a few days and I still have not received that reimbursement on my credit card. I ordered an entrée size Italian salad and was shocked at the size of the salad for almost $10. Online it said it came with chicken on it but it didn’t have any on it and when I showed the girl that worked there, she added it on for me but said the website was wrong. She was very kind in trying to right the wrong. I can’t imagine how big the side salad is for $6 so I’m glad I didn’t buy that. The pizzas probably would’ve been good if they weren’t burnt. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime in the future.

Chris & Eddy are ‘ ROCKSTARS’! They are fun to create a pizza with. They are accurate & cook perfectly created pizzas. I drove from Huntington Beach to this Cypress location, cuz they make the effort worth it. Pieology is SUPER lucky to have them both. They are like the perfect blend of ‘ ying & yang’.

It was undercooked, they forgot one of my meats, there were a minimal amount of ingredients, and they ran out of Cesar dressing for the Cesar salad I ordered. I was just very disappointed…

A decent customizable pizza place with variable seating options. The pizza is fresh out of the oven, they create it in front of you. Helpful and fast workers. Very short waiting times. Clean bathrooms and facilities. Can be hard to find parking sometimes. Small crowd of high school students after school, around 2pm-3pm.

The pizza was great, the service was fast and the place was really clean! I’ve had blaze pizza before plenty of times and Pieology definitely cooks their pizzas better. The bottom of the pizza isn’t burnt at all and it had a really nice crunch and the cheese was melted all the way through. I’ve had multiple experiences at blaze pizza where the dough just tastes burnt. I’m very satisfied with the pizza here and I’ll definitely come back!
