THE last 5 times i gone in they forgot food, utensils, cold, or wrong order. Got breakfast there yesterday order my food got told to pull up waiting on my hashbrown and it took 10 mins and when food came out it was cold my WHOLE ORDER EVEN HASHBROWN!!!! WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN they said my food wasnt cold when I said yes it was i was heating it up in the microwave he said I was wrong ans wasnt doing that i said yes I am and i was looking at it you could hear the microwave I work less than a min away so no way my food got cold on my way back to work they was rude about it this has HAPPENED OVER A YEAR TIMES YESTERDAY WAS JUST THE LAST STRAW
!!!! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF OR GET RETRAIN’D TO LISTEN!!!!! Put everything in the bag and make sure their orders are right. I know they’ve lost a lot of business.Because I know a lot of people stopped going there.The only time that they get business is because of the ice cream and during lunch, because everywhere else is full.And some people are willing to settle for bad food cause they is a hurry

I went through the drive through, ordered a mini blizzard. The lady didn’t do the routine of turning it upside down and I didn’t think anything of it. I went to grab the spoon out of it when handed to me, turns out it was chocolate soup that spilled all over me and my vehicle. The lady offered some napkins as if she wasn’t already aware that I was in for a mess. I had to literally drink the ice cream to get it to stop pouring all over my vehicle. There was maybe two solid bites in the cup.

You could just tell that the fries weren’t very fresh and that they didn’t even try. It’s almost like they were just microwaved. It was a 2 star but then I ate the burger, this takes complete lack of care. Fast food is about to win. It’s sucks eating out anymore. Thanks for the motivation not to eat out.

This is the nastiest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too. The first trip was a bad experience, I don’t think they ever toss out fries and make new ones, and the chicken wasn’t done. Tonight I thought well I’ll try it again heck sometimes things happen, but hell no this is just a sorry place to eat!!!!! The fries yet again look like they been in the refrigerator and the ice cream smelled sour. The girl was nice at the window but that’s the only good thing that came from this place. Nasty nasty nasty and will never go back. IM OVER IT. Morehead Ky Dairy Queen needs new management.

It used to be good food at a fair price. But Dairy Queen has become the latest restaurant to reduce the sizes of their orders all while raising the prices. Up until the past few months, if you ordered a chicken strip basket, you got full size strips – that would easily cover at least the width of the box they were in. But now their strips are about the size of a chicken nugget. You could lay two of them down across the width of the box and it still would not reach the sides. I actually used zoom on this picture. They are smaller than they appear.
I get times are hard, restaurants are struggling to stay open. But I would think there are other ways to make ends meet other than shrinking the size of your food items all while raising the prices.

Definitely drive to the other side of town. The workers are friendly but I have yet to get a complete order from them. The dq on the other side of town if fully stocked gets order right every time and are friendly. Couldn’t even get ketchup for my fries lol

I had the Cheese Curds. They tasted great, plus they were cheap. I have to bring up the service because it was fast and courteous and our cashier, James, was cheery and more than helpful. I will be returning with my business and telling others to do the same.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in quite a while. I ordered a large drink from a mobile app. They told me they couldn’t find my order. I showed them the receipt which was correct and they ask me to pull ahead and wait. I waited for half an hour for that drink out of principle and they never came out, so I left and was still charged.
Update: I have decided to no longer eat here after the awful experience considering the drama, how disrespected I was, and the massive waste of time. I would like to add that complaints are very difficult to pursue. They want you to call the store that just spat on you. The funny part is the store manager was the main culprit, so how does that help? No thanks, your food isn’t so good that I need to jump threw hoops and bring myself to your level. Improve the management, give me my dollar back, and maybe we can talk.

Great food, much better than the one in town!! $14 for the bacon cheeseburger combo and a cherry slushee. My picture is of my slushee about gone is so good!! The drive through is much faster than anywhere else in town!
