I had been following Chablis Wine Not for quite some time, and in October I finally made it happen. I was spending two weeks in France and planned this visit months in advance — even reshaping my entire itinerary just to be able to have lunch there.

Christopher guided us through the wines, and he is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. More than knowledge, he radiates genuine passion — something everyone around can feel.

The wines he helped me choose were outstanding and deeply memorable. The food was equally impressive. The côte de bœuf was fantastic — without a doubt the best meat I had during the entire trip.

What was meant to be a one-hour lunch turned into almost four hours, simply because I didn’t want to leave.

We enjoyed multiple meals here as well as some incredible wines at great prices. First off, the staff is great. Very friendly, helpful and laid back. They made us feel like friends not customers. The food is wonderful. Whether you are stopping in for Tapas or coming in for a full meal, the food is delicious. And the wines are incredible and at prices that will amaze you. I can’t say enough about our visits. We definitely recommend a visit – you won’t be disappointed.

Sunday lunch spot. Incredible wine list. Small food menu with a lot of meat options. Friendly staff. You need to make a reservation otherwise chances are slim for a table. We opted for Cote de Boeuf for 3. Amazing food. I will definitely return.

Amazing place. We stopped there on a Sunday and felt like we were home. This wine bar as such a homey feel which made the experience great. However, it is not just the decor that were to die for! The tapas on Sunday were « Sans faute! »! And the wine bottles we had oh my!!

Traveling France for a week drinking wine, we found a home here. The somm founder and owner is knowledgeable, kind, and excited to share her love of Chablis. If you ask for a tasting she’ll walk you through the region, provide recommendations for other tastings to try and book, and go above and beyond to make you love Chablis the way she does. Her staff is informed, energetic, attentive and entertaining. They catered to our lack of French knowledge and provided an experience that had us having a glass or a bottle here every day we were in Chablis. Also they have enough staff for the patrons, which we found uncommon locally.
Not only that, we were sharing an anniversary and asked the owner if she had any bottles from our celebratory year. She curated a box that of bottles for us to age and use as celebratory set for years to come.
I cannot recommend this place enough and I have no connection to it other than the memories created here.

This is always a great spot to eat and drink when visiting Chablis. They have one of the best and most fairly priced wine lists in Burgundy. The food is simple yet excellent, offering a delightful mix of local and Spanish cuisine.

I have never seen a wine store, wine tasting, establishment like this. There are so many bottles of wines here. We spent a day tasting wines in the area and came in here. What a gem.
