I am not one to complain by any means but I spent $75 tonight and I’m not pleased. I ordered a Caesar salad and four pasta bowls and breads. They gave a regular salad, I called and asked if they were out of Caesar salad and he replied “ I think so”, not quite an answer. The salad also expired today. The pasta bowls I received you can see the bottom of the tin so possibly one scoop of pasta when I have got the pasta before (at the Rochester location) it’s usually is the whole tin. Very dissatisfied, and unfilling.

Second time now we have had issues with this location. The food was cold, the pasta as shown in the picture was very dry and overcooked. The delivery driver was not friendly, no apology for being so late, or about the food being cold. We won’t be having dominos for a while as it was not worth it and would not recommend this location until they can figure out how to be kind, and know more about customer service

I stopped by this location a few days ago to pick up a few pizzas for my grandchildren and I. I just had to come on here and leave a review. Some people don’t want to talk to people of my generation. I usually send my grandkids inside to pick up food for me, but this time I was all by myself. The young lady working that day was the sweetest thing I have met in a long time. I haven’t seen her there before, but she is certainly someone I recommend to go in there to get friendly and accommodating service from.
She was all by herself in the afternoon time but everything came out so fast, and she was just as kind as could be. She spoke to me so politely, helped me and another customer with our orders, and the pizzas were absolutely delicious, truly the best I’ve had from there. I don’t care for pizza, my grandkids are the ones who beg for it. But I had a slice and my grandkids ate the whole thing. You can tell she takes pride in her work.
Domino’s, you have a returning customer and many happy, hungry kids because of that customer service. People like her make all the difference these days. Thank you and I hope every time I return is as delicious and pleasant.

Ordered delivery during this storm. I know not a super cool move. After snow removal we didn’t want to cook. Anyways. The owner is who delivered and said he couldn’t find drivers today. 11/10 from us. Pizzas were hot and perfectly cooked, got all our sauces and it all came in less than 30 mins ina snow storm. Thank you!!

Ordered 2 chicken alfredo pasta bread bowls which is my favorite item here. Ive been ordering from dominos for over 15 years now. Only had issue 2 times over all these years. Once they didnt put it in the bread bowl not a big deal they made it right the other time they forgot to put the sauce. Here I am unfortunately for the third time where they might as well not of put any sauce on these 2 bread bowls also Im not sure if they didnt let the bread rise enough or what but it looks sad and deflated. The noodles are either like rubber or hard crunchy dried out. Also got the 32 piece bread bites which also were lacking on the sauce. The service was excellent and the BBQ chicken pizza was good. Not sure if the owner/management instructed the employees to be skimpy on the sauce to save money or what. It’s unfortunate I received such a disappointing versions of one of my favorite meals.

I ordered a Parmesan stuffed crust, extra cheese, and veggies, the cheese wasn’t cooked all the way so I called and spoke to the manager, he gave me a free large pizza of my choice. I ordered a garlic crust with olives, mushrooms, and onions, with extra cheese and light sauce, there was barely any veggies on it , and they put extra sauce on it, and didn’t appear to have extra cheese on it. I’m not happy. Not sure if I’ll go back.

I walked in to get my online order (I ordered online and paid online), it was ready, so all I had to do was pick it up. I walked in, there was one person working and he was making pizzas, he did not acknowledge me. I assumed someone else would come up to the counter. I waited 5 minutes. Still no one or acknowledgment. I finally spoke up to the guy making pizzas and asked if I could be helped. I could see my pizzas sitting on a shelf. He said it was football Sunday and to wait. Meanwhile, my pizzas are sitting there getting cold. After 10
Minutes he FINALLY comes over and hands me my pizzas, like why couldn’t he have done that earlier?! It was super odd. I just had to wait there waiting for him to hand me my boxes, and he was so rude, barely spoke, and clearly has no good customer service. I was an easy customer, all I needed was the pizza, they were already made and paid for, he just didn’t care to acknowledge me. He needs some training, no customer should have to experience this.

The food is always reliably good, but the App says your specific store has stopped accepting Master Cards?? Doesn’t help much when a lot of major banks and credit card companies have switched from Visa to Master. What gives??
