You know me I tell it as it is. food quality -fair.I had the steak. Tough and dryed out. Charged me a whopping almost $4 for guacamole that’s insane!!!! portion of the bowl was small for the price tag $42.00 for two people. Grizzly Adams in the back no beard net. Card reader tap touch slide too much!!!! Fora new building looks like it never has been completed the upper half of it looks like new construction that never was finished. This place was slapped together all the trees out in the parking lot are dead. Lastly them handmade chips were a day old. No juice in the juice machine. See far right dispenser.

Honestly such an amazing place to come! I will come in here just to eat and talk to the sweet staff. The food is delicious and perfectly cooked, if not, they will make it fresh and new for you, staff always puts customers first and is immediately very friendly as soon as you walk in the door! They make your food quick and easy and adjust it to perfect your meal how YOU like it. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Might’ve just been a bad day for them, but the lobby was trashed, garbage cans overflowing and the prep area was a mess. After watching them prepare a family member’s order and seeing the condition of the chicken, I decided not to get anything. My son spit his out immediately and ended up eating ramen noodles instead, if that tells you anything. My wife said the flavor wasn’t there, and my oldest, who usually eats anything agreed. I’ve heard people love this place, but based on cleanliness alone, this location really missed the mark for me.

Staff take pride in being rude and the manager Sabrina has aggressive behavior. Charging people for extra food is one thing but trying to do it secretly is another, especially when its not warranted. After today we probably will not be back. No customer should be treated in a disrespectful aggressive manor…. I truly hope chipotle doesn’t see this as acceptable behavior.

We visited this location Saturday afternoon. Several of the food trays were almost empty and the food looked as if it had been sitting for some time. The server put the food in the container sloppy. The food was running down the sides of our containers. Very little food was placed in our trays. The food is not worth to he price. The drink station was dirty with spills and trash and was not well stocked. The food was not good. FYI: Chipotle charges extra for guacamole and queso.

I’ll start off by saying the people were very nice. Everyone we interacted with was kind. That’s about all the positives I can give, though. The primary issue was the food. For a place right down the street from an established Qdoba, you’d think they’d be really pushing to compete. Instead, the portions were comparatively small, the options much fewer (some, like Guac and Queso, are even extra, unlike at Qdoba), and the food wasn’t very tasty. Both burrito bowls we got had hard, undercooked rice grains mixed in, the steak also had significant amounts of gristle, and both the chicken and steak were bland. I could never recommend this place over Qdoba, especially when it’s just 2 minutes down the road.
The restaurant is pretty small and feels a little cramped and awkward inside with the only entry doors being on the opposite side of where you would start ordering, making you walk past the exit doors to get your order placed, then putting you back by the entry after you’re done instead of the exit. Maybe it felt more cramped because of all the employees that were around. There had to have been about 6 that were just standing around when we walked in. Also the door didn’t seem to open well. Maybe one side was just kept locked but the side that we opened was heavy and clunked as you pulled it. For a place that’s new that’s probably not a good sign.
It’s certainly possible this is just growing pains for a new establishment. I was hoping that maybe they’d be getting off to a strong start, but that definitely wasn’t the case.
Overall, disappointing. Maybe wait for more reviews down the line in case things improve but, for now, save your time and money. There’s a reason it only has a 3.8 as of the time of this review, which is pretty bad as far as Google reviews go. Take that as a warning like I should have before I let my curiosity get the better of me.

Food is AMAZING!!!! love it glad they finally put one over here, but the portions of the food is absurd! No way I should be getting a spoon full of rice and beans and 5 pieces of chicken!! Some of the employees especially the guy with the curly red hair doesn’t like to give out cheese or lettuce.. I had to ask multiple time for a decent amount of cheese and lettuce. I’m pretty they don’t even give out the standard portion scoop. & it felt like I was being rushed when there was no one waiting behind me to be serviced… my bowl was empty once I got home to open it. Highly disappointed.

Only a week into opening and this location is already disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t clean, staff were distracted with side conversations, and portions were very stingy. I understand protein control, but getting half servings of rice and beans for the price isn’t acceptable.
