Night of Dec 26, 2025, all other restaurants were closed in Oneida TN for the Christmas Holiday. I was in town for a funeral the next morning. Thankfully, the Arby’s connected to the gas station convenience store was open. It wasn’t busy. My food was hot, came out fast, and was good. Excellent service!

I waited & watched as others that ordered behind me getting their food & already at table eating. I walked back up to the counter & cashier sees me & then starts getting my order. She fixes it for dine in which I’d told her to go. I notice as she is bagging the items that the sandwiches look small. Anyways I’d already started backing up & thought I better check. I had 2 slingers, so I’m already running late at this point but gotta go back in. Told her I didn’t order sliders & receipt states 2 regulars. She goes & puts one in the bag, walks to the back & starts having a conversation with another employee. I could hear her saying it’s the woman’s order that her prepaid debit card was declined so I paid with cash. The point is there was no reason to be saying that, just get my order correct. When I heard her say that, I laid my keys rather loudly on the counter & told them to just give me my money back. At that point another emply comes out & puts in another sandwich. I never have trouble with Arby’s & food is usually good. This time the roast beef wasn’t very warm or the curly fries. They left one slider in the bag & I opened it to feed to my furbaby, and the meat was cold. Don’t know what happened here but do better.

Cleanest restaurant and Arby’s we have been to. Bathrooms are checked every 30 minutes. They were cleaning the tables in the dining room. Order was fine and the cashier was very nice.

I love Arby’s but I hate that they got rid of the ham. Why would they do that? My favorite sandwich was the ham and Swiss. I like the roast beef and cheddar classic, but it’s not the same without the ham.

Would you please tell me why I have to wait at drive up for 7minutes just because the vehicle in front of me order is not ready. The staff could of had the driver in front of us move up if there order was to big instead vehicles were lined up by 4. Tell your staff that they can bring meals out the side door so other are not inconvenienced. There were no customer in side

So far I’ve not had a visit when I’ve been disappointed with the food. There for a couple visits they would forget your napkins and straws, etc. However, the last two times I was there they remembered everything. The staff was very kind, drinks came quickly and they remembered to ask if i wanted sauce and put it in the bag. Service couldnt have been better.
