We have a large enclosed porch with open screened in windows during summer, so you can enjoy the breeze without the bugs. During the winter the porch is heated and cozy with football and basketball playing on our 7 tv’s. Big group of 18 of us had been hiking earlier that day. Decided to check this homey place out. They said they couldn’t take a reservation but could gladly take us in once we arrived.
Once we arrived a kind server helped us organize our party and how to order. Giving out great recommendations.
Can declare that these are the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Pizzas were up there as well.
The most kind staff I’ve ever encountered, super friendly and treated us like family. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know

Absolutely wonderful wonderful service!! Such an amazing variety of ice cream. We got bacon smash burgers and the patty is smashed into bacon bits so the whole top is covered in bacon- the best way to get bacon in every bite!! Fried mushrooms were AMAZING!! And whatever the special sauce is awesome! Just a wonderful experience overall!

This place is an absolute gem.
We had the pleasure of being helped by Trish who was so sweet and patient. We ended up ordering the veggie pizza, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and got two waffle cones that each had two different scoops of ice cream.
The first thing we tried was the ice cream and oh my was it DELICIOUS. The ice cream was creamy and so flavorful. The best part was you could eat each flavor and move on to the next and the flavors didn’t mix. There were many ice cream flavors it was hard to choose which to do because they all looked so good.
You could either dine here or get food for takeout which is great. Food wise there seemed to be a lot of options and the food was great. I’m honestly not much of an olive eater but decided to go with the veggie thin crust pizza and I didn’t regret it one bit.
We will definitely be back in the future when we go hiking in Wyalusing.

We were visiting from out of town and stumbled across The Porch—it looked like the perfect place to satisfy everyone in our group, with options like pizza, burgers, and ice cream. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and even though it’s more of a counter-service setup, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Honestly, they checked in on us and made us feel more valued than some full-service restaurants.
We ordered pizza, and it was fantastic—loaded with toppings and rich in flavor. What most places would call “extra cheese” and “extra everything” seemed to be their standard. If we had more time in town, I’d definitely come back to try the burgers too!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for casual dining with great food and even better service.

My boyfriend and I are from Indiana. We are staying in Iowa for a mini vacation and went hiking at Pikes Peak State Park. We decided to hop across the state border into Wisconsin for our dinner. We fell upon The Porch and were extremely happy with our meals (Prime steak & cheese, and Battered shrimp). We both agreed they were delicious and wish we could have tried more options as too much sounded good! Everyone that we encountered that was working was so kind. We ended our night with ice cream that was also 10/10. I can’t wait to come back next time we are in the area to try something else!

Fun place to get a tasty pizza and ice cream. It’s not the cheapest, but the pizza is always good. You’ll need to walk up to order and grab your own plates, but that’s all part of the ‘feel like family’ vibe. Everyone is friendly and it’s a nice place to relax.

This review is based entirely on the quality of the Philly Cheesesteak pizza on their traditional crust and their takeout service. I did not go inside.
The pizza was a 10/10.
The inside of the crust was doughy and warm, while the outside was perfectly crispy
The garlic butter base was an interesting choice. A great one. It worked fantastically with the rest of the flavors
The shaved prime rib was tender and flavorful without being overseasoned
The diced onions and green peppers were Fresh with a capital F: crisp, crunchy, flavorful, and completely uncooked. Perfect. No notes
The mushrooms were warm and crispy, though I could have happily eaten a lot more of them
The cheese was excellent. Piled on densely, it was firm rather than stringy, with great taste
The value was spot on. This is definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation. The large pie on traditional crust cost about $30 before tip. That might seem high for one pizza, but it’s 100% fair in my opinion
Takeout was easy. We called and placed the order quickly. They told us 25–30 minutes, and they nailed it

Loved this cute little place! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We tried the smash burger and it was delicious the sweet corn appetizer was okay, nothing special. Made me want to eat creamed corn. Self serve style with QR codes at each table. Very user friendly and clean. Large selection of ice cream and treats as well.

This will be a solid favorite for us now! How could you go wrong with a double decker smash burger?! Chili was just like Mom’s and maybe the best coleslaw I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was warm and cozy nine days before Christmas! Service was exceptional!
