The cheddar bacon chive scone and the blueberry lemon scone were fantastic! I also tried the banana espresso muffin which was good, but it was topped with salt and I think it should have been topped with sanding sugar instead. Lastly, I had the lox bagel sandwich which was good, but just average. I would definitely recommend this place for their pastries.

Bought an assortment of sweet and savory pastries, as well as an Old Bay cheddar loaf to take back home. Recommend the tomato goat cheese pastry and the blueberry lemon scone as standouts. Staff are friendly and have a great quality bakery. Will be back soon. An easy 6 minute detour from the harbor walk.

Came for breakfast and coffee. The ham and Gruyère croissant was very good. Coffee was great as well. No complaints.

Very nice selection of baked goods. Everything was fresh, and the service was very pleasant.
Very small for dining in, only two tables, so plan to take out and enjoy sitting in a park or along the water if you’re visiting the city.

So cute! I got an ube iced latte and it was delicious, their pastries looked so good. I’ll definitely be coming back for some bread as well. Small seating area inside, as well as outside.

I go here every Saturday morning before my 12 hour waitressing shift and they never disappoint. The croissants are SO GOOD. My favorite is the chocolate and pistachio croissants but the almond is really good too. My only suggestion is that they need to have 2 percent milk because I hate having whole milk or nondairy alternatives. This place is like a neighborhood staple and everyone that works there is very friendly 🙂

On a Saturday morning looking for breakfast I found this little spot. It’s small on the inside with a few workers behind the counter. I was not greeted even though one of the people behind the counter looked me right in the eye but didn’t say a word to me. I perused the items in the display case as the same employee stood and watched. When I asked for the mushroom, spinach and gruyere quiche another employee stepped to the register to take my order. She asked if I would like anything else. I then inquired about the morning glory muffin. She told me what was in the muffin and I joked “You had me until bran” as I looked at the display again. Neither of the two employees at the counter offered any suggestions, though I clearly was interested in getting an additional item. A third employee, nice young lady with glasses and a nose ring, who was farther back from the counter said she really likes the crostatas, which was what I looking at. I took her advice and ordered one of those as well, plum and ginger. I paid and received the crostata and said thank you. I didn’t get a “you’re welcome” or a “thank you”. I perused the community bulletin board as I waited for my quiche to be toasted. They offer free water from a dispenser (a nice touch) and I refilled my cup of water. When my name was called for my quiche I received it from a fourth employee. I said thank you and again I didn’t get a “you’re welcome” or a “thank you”. The quiche was delicious, though maybe a shorter time toasting and it would have been perfect. The crostata was delicious as well. I try to support small businesses as much as possible and I chose this place as opposed to Starbucks, which is closer to my new job. I’m very big on customer service. Employee number three made it a four star experience. A simple greeting or a “thank you” would have made it five stars.

Seasonal Apple Hand Pie! Is a MUST HAVE!! Oh wow is it incredibly tasty! It’s an apple pie gooey filling layered inside of delicious flaky pastry dough and topped with a beautifully crisp and seasoned crumble!!

We also enjoyed the signature raspberry cheesecake Danish which is nothing to joke about! It’s a party in your mouth with the tart raspberry jam complementing the creamy cheesecake dollops and the flaky pastry!!

These folks know how to make a really amazing pastry dough! They’ve nailed it!!!

We didn’t have to wait too long to get it- and we had a great selection (at 10:30am on a Sat).
