I stopped by Bodrum Cafe & Bakery for the first time today and was really impressed. The pastries and börek were very fresh and tasted homemade. The baklava was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet and very crispy. It’s nice to find a place that puts so much care into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

i went to bodrum cafe and the inside is honestly so nice and welcoming the vibe is really comfortable and chill the desserts are amazing and they have so many to choose from the croissants are really fresh and i highly recommend the croissant turkey sandwich its actually so delicious their coffee is also really good and everything tastes fresh if you like desserts and good coffee yall should definitely try this place

We stopped by Bloom Bakery in Caldwell and absolutely loved it. We bought a nut cookie with caramel filling (very nostalgic and so delicious), a pistachio eclair, and a lemon meringue tart to take with us. Everything was great, but the tart was my favorite , perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.
While we were ordering our sweets to go, I also got a Turkish coffee to enjoy inside. It was first served in a small paper cup, probably a simple misunderstanding, and I sounded a bit disappointed. The owner immediately made a fresh one and brought it in a proper cup. It was excellent , rich, strong, and full of flavor.
Great pastries, great coffee, and truly caring service. Highly recommend this place!

1/17/24 update: I’ve been to this bakery several times and every time every treat, cookie and cake is absolutely fabulous. the ingredients are high quality and quite delicious!

What a beautifully made and deliciously moist cake. It was so pretty we didn’t want to cut it. All our guests and the birthday girl loved the taste. The bakers made a cake flavor combination adjustment that was slightly outside of their menu to accommodate our wishes. They delivered the cake to me and the box presentation was so pretty with a clear full panel looking window and study too with top handle!! Very sharp looking You won’t regret getting you next cake from Bloom cakes.

I found this place by accident on the way to work. Great selection of pastries, very cozy and clean, friendly staff members. I really wanted to try Napoleon but they don’t sell it per slice. So I got some pastries.
Here are my thoughts:
Macaroons are AMAZING! Very fresh, perfect texture and delicious flavor.
Cream Puff was yummy! Not soggy, with a lot of cream. I just wish cream had a touch of vanilla bean.
Sweet Nuts are my favorite! Crunchy and sweet!
Pistachio Eclair was great too. I was expecting a custard with real pistachio paste, but unfortunately it was just a green dye and artificial pistachio flavoring.
Overall great bakery with a lot of potential!
A note for the owner: maybe if you will be selling slices of the cakes on weekends it will boost your sales and bring more customers

This dessert spot is absolutely amazing! Their treats are not only delicious but also take me right back to my childhood. Every bite brings back fond memories. The place itself is charming, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and you can tell the products are always fresh. It’s the perfect spot to indulge in something sweet and feel nostalgic at the same time. Highly recommend!
