I placed an order online to pickup in-store at 3:34 PM on a Sunday. I walked into the restaurant by 3:40 Pm. I looked around at the tables and noticed a few needed some light cleaning. The soda fountains are turned off. The restrooms are locked. Upon receiving my order at 3:45 pm I sat down at the tables in the back. I ordered the current Halloween promotional combo. Everything is definitely made fresh. The ice cream tastes great, the soda is average, and the burger was awesome. The mozzarella fries were fresh as well. I finished my stay by 3:53 pm. No issues at this store. I was greeted immediately and they asked for my order within the first 2 minutes walking in. Better service at this location.

I had a bad experience at this Burger King because of an employee named Mario. He had a very rude attitude and spoke to me in an unprofessional way. As a customer, I expect basic respect, but that was missing. This really ruined my visit, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

Ordered on the app and they gave my food to someone else and let them touch it with their hands then tried to give it to me. When I told them I wasn’t going to eat food someone else touched. The male worker got angry. They made me wait 45 min. Then made my order incorrectly. When I left i informed the workers I was going to talk to the manager in the morning and he started to cuss at me.

Went through the drive up for a Trio for $7.00. Total was 7.53. Handed employee a 20.00 and received 2 fives and a few coins as my change. I told him that wasn’t right. He said you had the jalapeños poppers, right? No, a trio. With an embarrassed look on his face, he figured it out on the calculator he conveniently had there and gave me the correct change. Said he was sorry. Watch your change!!! Some employees are taking their own tip from you.

Was very disappointed after walking to store so my fiance & I could get 2 ice cream cones just to be told they were closed at one minute after 9p. We spoke to who we thought was a manager as she was locking the doors & she said we were fine to get our ice cream so we stood in line to wait to order just to be told no. We explained that we walked there just for ice cream to still be refused service & be told that they were closed & ice cream machine was being cleaned but I watched the cashier push the button to start the cleaning process after we explained we only wanted 2 cones. To deliberately start the cleaning process on the ice cream machine so service could be refused was beyond me! It takes less than 2 mins to serve 2 cones to a customer!
