I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent visit to this location Upon entering the store, I was immediately met with a rude and dismissive attitude from one of the employees—a man with visible forearm tattoos.
I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but his behavior was uncalled for and left me feeling very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, which was clearly lacking in this interaction.

Opened my pizza box to find a HUGE flying cockroach!!! When I called to complaint they said to bring the pizza back. Excuse me?! I threw that box away! Absolutely disgusting. Don’t eat here because it is probably contaminated!

I went to pick up my order, but the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. First, they said “five minutes,” then half an hour later told me to cancel because they didn’t have control over the oven and couldn’t say when my order would be ready. The very rude tone and lack of professionalism made the experience very frustrating.

Placed an order for pickup today July 9, 2024 for 3:15pm. Been craving crazy bread and I wanted to try the new pineapple Pepsi. Got there at 3:18 and while I’m looking for my email code some big woman with an ugly colored pattern shirt is shrieking her shrill voice inside the small lobby to her tall son if he placed her order already. She then rudely yells at the woman on the counter about why she would need to see her ID for her purchase. The woman calmly explained to her the reason as to why it’s the policy concerning her purchase. The woman at the counter stood her ground and vocalized that she was being rude and if she keeps speaking to her that way she’ll refuse her service. And the shrill woman states every Karen’s infamous anthem “who’s the manager?” The woman on the counter states it’s actually her. And the big Karen with the ugly blouse was caught off guard but managed to keep asking if it really was her. I left with some second hand embarrassment for her son. For the guests in earshot. But I felt empowerment for the Manager. I sit here now drinking my pineapple Pepsi and snacking on my crazy bread. It tastes amazing. Please try it with the most bestest pizza. I will be back but only for that manager lady.

Called to ask about any deals going on, she kept saying and repeating like a robot “You’ll have to look at the app” I asked again if I could speak to someone else who might know the menu or any deals they have going currently, she repeated “you can look at the website or the app, no one knows anything here , sorry!” What a joke this was.

I just left and the Mexican lady cashier they had was very rude . She was upset that I asked to order fresh food at 8:42pm and told me it would take 30 minutes . I came back in the store at 8:55 pm and asked her was my order ready she said no with an attitude but she never went to go check . A new cashier walked up right after she walked away and asked me what I was waiting for . I gave her my receipt and she went to the back and got my food at 8:56 pm . This lady is unprofessional and rude and should be fired immediately !!!
