We visited on 1st day of 2026 this place to celebrate we are alive and healthy. This thai place has a very nice and full menu. We tried salmon rolls with peanut butter, fried tofu and kra praw with pork and tofu medium spicy and khao soi soup with pork medium spicy. My favorite of all was the Kra Praw the mixture of pork with tofu and the sauce they prepare it with to stir fry it is just delicious leaving a savory after taste from every bite and when you mix it with the jasmine rice it just completes the flavor that makes it special. The fried tofu my second favorite in this visit. The khao soi soup was the third favorite with a nice noodle mix with pork. All in all this place is a place that deserves to repeat and try another dish. Things could have been better rice was a little dry and colder than usual and no beer offering for this who like to have a beer with thai food.

Karacha – My Favorite Spot at Dallas

Every time I stop by Dallas I always came stop by visit Karacha. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean, warm, and welcoming. Their Esan classic dishes are delicious—especially the papaya salad served with grilled chicken and sticky rice.My personal I like more fresh lime yummy.
also favorite is the Glass Noodle Spicy Salad (Yum Woon Sen), which tastes just like the authentic version from Thailand. The food is flavorful, reasonably priced, and the portions are just right. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and provide great service. I will come back soon.

This place delivers a truly rich Thai dining experience. The menu is filled with well known favorites as well as interesting regional dishes that are not easy to find elsewhere. The team knows the food well and offers helpful suggestions with a smile. The flavors are strong, exciting, and memorable, and the energetic setting adds to the enjoyment. A fantastic spot for Thai cuisine.

I love the laab salad with chicken here! Laab salad is one of my favorite Thai dishes, and this place makes it so good – the Thai lime dressing just sets it off so nicely! Their papaya salad and gyoza are also really good. Service is always great, and the ambiance is nice. My friends have always enjoyed their meals here too. I highly recommend!

I’ve been to Koracha twice, and both visits were amazing! The food is truly authentic, just like the dishes I’ve enjoyed in Thailand. Every dish was perfectly flavorful, not too sweet or salty. What I love most about Koracha is that you can customize the spice level to match your preferences. I forgot to snap a photo of their Homemade Coconut Ice Cream, but it’s an absolute must-try dessert when you visit!

My bf and I tried this place for the first time, and we loved it and definitely coming back. I had the pork and shrimp wonton soup with medium spice since I had some allergies and I loved it. My boyfriend had the pineapple duck w/red Currie. All the flavors in that dish were delicious! We had the dumplings and spicy edamame which we loved!

***edit:

New owners, New menu. So it’s OK still, but not worth going out of the way for. The king if noodle soup, changed to beef pho, and it was instant pho broth. No avocado in the curry anymore. Dumplings were good, but not quite what they used to be. Probably won’t be back, which hurts, because this use to be so, so good.

Mind numbingly good food. The level of skill and care in the sauces alone makes Koracha stand leagues above any other Thai restaurant I have been. The curry puffs almost made me cry they were so good. Highly recommend the dumplings. Pictures are of the garlic tilapia and massaman (spelling lol?) with pork. Edit: pad thai and curry puffs pics added….didn’t know this was how pad thai was supposed to taste. Absolutely phenomenal.

We found this Thai restaurant on Google with a solid 4.7 rating and drove nearly 15 miles just to try it. Maybe our expectations were too high, but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the hype.

We arrived around 8:30 PM — close to closing time at 9:30 — and were grateful that the staff still welcomed us in. Out of respect for their closing hours, we ordered quickly and tried to eat fast, not wanting to stay too long.

The food? To be honest, it was just okay. The pad Thai and fried rice were decent, but the grilled chicken wings, which they claimed were a specialty, felt pretty average. The fish dish also didn’t stand out. Of course, taste is subjective, so I won’t say too much — it just didn’t impress us.

We were asked to pay the bill early, which we understood — they were getting ready to close. We even packed our mango sticky rice without opening it, thinking we’d enjoy it back at the hotel.

But that’s where the real disappointment hit. In a country where portion sizes tend to be generous, the mango sticky rice was literally smaller than my fist — both the mango and the rice combined. It honestly felt like a joke, especially for the price.

I don’t usually leave reviews, and certainly not bad ones, but this one just felt… underwhelming. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t live up to the 4.7 stars — not in taste, not in value.
