Pulled in for breakfast this morning, and other than the fact that we had to pull over and wait for our food to be delivered everything else was exceptional. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and made sure that she got the order correct. After paying we advance to the next window we’re another young lady was handing us our drinks. She then asked us to pull up and wait for the food, which was slightly annoying as they were not that busy however, understandable as they make everything to order. All in all a good visit. The ownership or management of this location should be very pleased with their staff. Other than that it was as you would expect from McDonald’s.

I am pretty disappointed this morning. I come here often, and usually the service is kind of as expected. Today, it really let me down. I often stop here for breakfast on my way to work, since it’s one of the most convenient options. Today I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel- which is my usual- and after waiting 10+ minutes, I drove to work, opened it at my desk… And it was a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I don’t eat bacon. I am pregnant and hungry and I’m really disappointed. I feel like I wasted my time and money this morning. I don’t usually ever post bad reviews but this one upset me. I wish they’d have taken the time to be accurate. It will definitely make me want to go to other options for breakfast now.

Where is the health inspector? Worst food ever. I got the double cheeseburger, fries and coke. My wife got the fish sandwich, fries and coke. We threw out the fish after eating just 2 bites. The fish was cold and even the cheese was cold and not melted. My burger patties had a crust on them and seemed to have been cooked the night before but not thrown away. The burger was cold and crusty and the cheese wasnt melted. The fries and the coke were good, the rest we threw away. Dont eat here. Do they even cook your food here???

This location is ridiculous. Every time I go to use my mobile app here they say it doesn’t come up. I refresh until I’ve lost my reward. Oak Hill McDonald’s never does that and even one time they struggled, they looked at my phone and just gave me the reward. So I don’t recommend coming here. Go to oak hill!

The McDonald’s in Fayetteville, West Virginia I ordered a midrib when I got my order, took it out of the bag and sauce was all over the box that the McRib was in and the bread was so soggy. It was disgusting.

I ordered a simple big Mac meal with a coke and they made me pull out to a parking spot. Said it would be three minutes they had to make some fresh fries. I sit in spot 2 for 20 minutes and watch 25 cars get there food before me. I’ll never eat here again. The person that brought my food out did not even apologize. The car next to me that came after me went inside as the lady came out with my food and was going to speak with a manager.

Went in and waited patiently while the cashier took another woman’s order when it’s my turn she walked away so I stepped back and waited she didn’t come back. I’m getting frustrated and another elderly white woman walks in and 15 seconds later “hey how you doing ma’am ” like I’m not still standing there and I’m a big guy you cannot notice me. So I left. Ordered curbside pickup. It took way way way too long for nothing but fries and drinks. The gentleman who eventually did bring our food was friendly and apologized for our wait. The food wasn’t hot… or cold. It was warm, and as expected. We got fries and rinks to go with our Fish from the restaurant across the road.
