First time here and waiting in the line on Southfield road.
We finally got up to someone to take our order and paid 17$ plus tip. This is what we ordered. The pictures is what we got. The guy said you order two cold brews and I said yes automatically assuming I did but they looked super dark. Since there’s no room to turn around or come back around and when my bf and I took a sip I am like I don’t like this and then realize this didn’t have the Carmel or anything. I think we seriously got two cold brews one with foam and I don’t think this at all what we got. 🙁 I’m so disappointed.
Order 1 Large iced blondie cold brew, extra espresso shot, cookie butter, caramel drizzle, light ice, and soft top
Order 2 Large Iced Smooth 7 Cold Brew
Extra expresso shot

I did find out you can walk up and order. I should’ve done that. I always feel rushed and if they made a mistake you can’t just come back around like a fast food. I know it’s a busy time and I was patient just sucks because I was so excited to try this.
Once my order comes through I’ll post it. Now i am going to go to Walmart to add creamer and stuff.

DOUBLE CHECK AND DOUBLE ASK IF THATS THE RIGHT ITEM.
I do understand mistakes happen!!! But screw everyone behind you in line and don’t feel rushed. Make sure to get what paid for because like I said the difficulty on coming back around is tough!!!

The drinks are absolutely amazing!!! The atmosphere is immaculate. The workers are so high energy and the absolute best!!! They are so kind and just all around amazing!! First time going and I must say, they’re better priced then Starbucks and there drinks are really good and at a great price and big! I thought there large is a xl and there medium was a large! So that shows you, you get what you pay for and more! Will be going back to try more! I posted some pic’s of the drinks I bought! First one is a large (Pic) the second one is a large and medium next to each other! I got blondie drinks and it’s DELICIOUS! If you like caramel and sweet drinks, you’ll love this! The line moves quick! The coffee tastes great. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve been twice and both times, the cups were not filled to the top and were very sticky. I’d take a few extra minutes in line for a full, clean cup of iced coffee.

I really want to love this place. i’ve been once since it was great but every time since then the drinks have been like warm almost cold and today when asking to make sure it’s extra hot i got two black coffee’s when i paid $16 for two bodies. the business is already out of my way she always packed which is great but this is not how people expect for a morning coffee before work. Then there’s no where to get a hold of anyone. very disappointed.

I’ve tried this place twice, the first time was around 8pm waited 30 minutes in the drive through and that was with a short line. I ordered a sweet and salty iced coffee as is from the menu and it was delicious. Second time I came the service was quicker but my iced coffee was not the same as the first time it was pure milk or half and half whatever’s used in the sweet and salty iced coffee. I was a bit disappointed and I noticed once I drove off and there’s no way to go back in the drive through without waiting 15-20 minutes. Maybe in the future I’ll give it another go.
