Lady refuses coupon asked her to show me where it read it excluded that sandwich she dismissed me by stating the owner made the decision. It’s not about the money it’s about the customer service none of the other employees were aware the the excluding either she voiced it out to them as there was a line of customers also trying to use coupons. It be great for these issues to be clearly before we order so we can make a different choice if needed.

This shouldn’t even GET a star at all. I’ve been there twice HOPING to get another person to do my order, but I got the same gentleman with long black hair, skinny and glasses both times and he was ABSOLUTELY very very rude. I couldn’t see his name but He had HORRIBLE customer service, complained every time I was telling him my order and made a face when i didn’t tip him. I do not know his name, but if I were his manager and saw this review about I’d fire him because CLEARLY he has no patience dealing with customers.

Wish i had the option to not rate a star at all. The worst part of my last two experiences was the man who worked that day. He practically rushed me and my partner to order. He stored several times because he had to attend us. He wears black glasses and is skinny. Never made eye contact and muttered things under his breath a lot. The bathrooms were also in horrible condition and there was a wet mop in the hallway to the bathroom with water making puddles that i had to step over. This is already the second time we get him and I hope something is done about it.

Please drive yourself to the next location and save your money. DO NOT COME HERE. Service is nonexistent, bread is hard as a rock, cold & mediocre. Sad that subway doesn’t care about this location and workers are just as miserable. (This is next to heb in pharr cage rd)

Employee on June 3 around noon was not in the mood to work. Took her a while to come out from back. When she finally did there was a 3 of us waiting. Seemed impatient, bothered, and I feel like all I ate was bread. Will not return for a while if ever. Just please monitor your employees. I hate spending over $40 to have such a sad experience

My family gave them a order of seven different sandwiches and they were all made correctly and with care. The sweet lady who made them was a little overwhelmed but was welcoming and kept a smile on her face. Place was clean and inviting.

An employee seemed to not know how to do his job. He seemed to think we were trying to confuse him to get free items yet we were asking him if he remembered to charge them. He made us very uncomfortable.
