Arrived soon after they opened (10 am) and they already had several steamed and baked carts with lots of tasty dishes. Staff brought us tea right away and were attentive. Love how their dim sum is lightly seasoned so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the ingredients. Their chili oil is the cleanest I’ve had at a restaurant with good umami. Although the honey walnut prawns had too much sauce, they were very crunchy.

The classiest Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been in. Plenty of space for large family gatherings. So many choices it would take serious dedication to work through the menu. I would have posted photos but I couldn’t stop long enough to take a picture. Started off with dim sum and pork buns that could have been a meal, but why stop there. Unbelievable perfection on the Szechuan chicken with broccoli, and the beef lo mein was so tender I thought they used filet. Took us an hour and a half to get there and it was worth every drop of gas.

Our second visit.
Still as good as the first visit.
We arrived at noon for dim sum.
Hot pot of green tea arrived, just after we sat down.
The steam cart arrived next.
A selection of steaming dishes.
Followed a few minutes later by another cart with more selections.
I can’t pronounce what they are, but they taste great, flavoral and steaming hot.
Yummy

Good Cantonese food, but some dishes have issues. Clams tasted fresh but the black bean sauce did not taste right. The intestine cooked well but a bit salty. Fujian Fried rice – fried rice was good but the seafood sauce is so so. Seafood flat noodles and Pork chop with Beijing sauce were good but not great.

Given it is the only Cantonese seafood restaurant in the area, I will definitely come back. However, it is not at the same level as Richmond Cantonese food. Compare to Seattle Chinatown, it is also average.

Authentic Cantonese style restaurant. The food is tasty and a lot to choose from, 4 stars!
They do charge 18% tips for party of 6. We ordered entrees for lunch but they still charged tea by party of numbers. They did “miscalculate” few dollars on your bill, make sure to double-check your bill! 1 star for that.

Friday lunch date with the wife. Dim Sum was our goal, and we were very happy with this place. Very tasty, cooked very well. The portions are solid, fresh, and a nice wide variety. Carts cruise around and one selects the items off them. Looked around at what others were ordering, and the seafood noodle soup looked quite good. Tea pot was loaded with good quality tea leaves, very nice.

Service was good, even tho they are admittedly short staffed.

Very happy with this choice, we will return for sure.

12/2/23: Good dim sum here. Outstanding are the honey bbq pork pastry buns and they have the best egg tarts I’ve ever had. There’s another custard dessert that comes with evaporated milk that’s also very good.

By far, it was the worst Roast Duck I’ve ever experienced in my life. The duck was fully cooked. Unfortunately, it must have been around for a while as most of the moisture had left the meat. The “Sauce” was watery, which is not typical of a plum or Hoison sauce. The scallions were old and floppy. The duck itself was very expensive and still covered in pin feathers. I can understand a few pin feathers, but not as many as were on this duck. The wait staff were annoyed we were even in the place. They never checked on us or how we were doing. I even had to flag them down as they had not brought all the food I had ordered. In the end, we left all of the food you saw behind. The waiter asked if we wanted a box to go, and we said no. They didn’t even care that we didn’t eat most of it, as this must be a common occurrence. After lunch, we walked the few feet to Ranch 99. In the hot food section, they had the EXACT same duck hanging for less than 1/3rd the price. Also, their ducks had the same dried out problem and were covered with pin feathers as well. The lady who helped us told us not to get the duck and had us buy the deep-fried smelt and white fish. Those were actually amazing.

My advice is never, and I mean, never ever, eat here.

The food is terrible. Service is non-existent. The restrooms were unsanitary.

The live fish tank…well, yeah, go see for yourself.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a proper dim sum experience with classic dim sum carts. And the T&T Seafood Restaurant in Edmonds definitely delivered!

♨️10 out of 10

I recommend the shumai and the har gaw <—- 2 items that’s a staple but I haven’t ordered in a few years since I came back in the Seattle area because they are my favorite and I haven’t had one that I have liked, even the places my family would normally go to. So that’s really saying a lot. Go get sum!

This is my favorite restaurant! I come here at least once a month. Most of the dishes I’ve tried have been really good, and the fried rice is definitely my favorite. I think I’ve tried every fried rice option on the menu! The food is consistently tasty, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
