Apparently the “classic italian” is beef. When clarifying that I meant the classic italian and not the italian beef, they said yes its beef. After three clarifications, still the same. I find that hard to believe. If it is true, well that’s just not a classic italian. The manager could care less. The cook even thought it was beef.
