Today I went to this Taco Bell to buy food and I am extremely upset and disappointed. The kitchen staff were wearing masks, but they were coughing nonstop while preparing food. That is completely unacceptable and very concerning for customers. I lost my appetite immediately and did not feel safe eating there. This shows a serious lack of care for health and hygiene. I’m also disappointed that employees are forced to work under these conditions. This place really needs to do better.

What a huge waste of time..
I ordered on the app for a pickup in the store.. when I get to the store I find out the pickup is closed. To make it worse you can’t even order at the drive-thru you have to go to the window which takes way longer!!
If you can’t do a pickup you should deactivate the app for the store!!

Ive been here many times without problem til recently, the last time i went here i got really really sick.. puking n diarrhea at the same time for days.. didnt think much of it thought my last meal had been taco bell lol so whatever.. 10 days later i go back to this same tbell and just a few hrs later ive got full on green diarrhea, horrid stomach pain, and im puking my guts out at work on my graveyard shift just dying.. this time i know for sure the source cus the only other food i had today was a nutrigrain bar like 10 hours prior.. please take a serious look at food safety practices, somethins going on. Sucks cus most of the employees i see are the homies and theyre great but i did for sure get this bug from this spot.

THE GUY WAS SUPER COOL AND HE WAS VERY POLITE ..
Soo if u read this Dude u deserve Recognition…. also the other guy I that made my food he was very quick but did everything by the book .. great cook everything was made to ORDER…. I can’t make this up it was super good I live for taco bell when I’m hungry because it’s cheap and it’s lots of food I ended up with the box with the grilled cheese burrito box. Lol it was 8.18 for all

We were having a family dinner with our kids and friends, first of all we used self order screens to order . We were missing one bean and cheese burritos I went to the counter and the lady questioned our order she looked at her screen and then agreed they missed that one burrito as I went back and checked order two of our tacos were not supreme so I went back then she said in spanish now what are you missing , I was shocked she answers that way so I answered back in spanish not sure if she did not know I spoke the language and agin she questioned and then realized again that we indeed ordered two supreme tacos and really rude helped another customer she left the bag with two tacos at the phone order shelf and did not let us know they were ready I could not believe , then my child after 15 minutes asked if that was our order and she rudely said yes . Terrible customer service by this lady that truly thinks that because they have everyone order from a screen doesn’t think that her tone of voice or her attitude matter. We won’t be retiring to this Taco Bell it’s unfortunate that because technology has watered down our customer service department……

Very small portions, rice was under cooked and crunchy, the crunch wrap had almost no filling, they forgot the salsa that was supposed to come with my cantina bowl. I get shrink flation is a thing, but this is worst than that. I don’t recommend this spot.

This is, by far, the best Taco Bell location in a ten mile radius. The employees are always super friendly and kind, they always do their best to get my order exactly right, and if anything ever does happen to go wrong they are quick to fix it to make sure I leave a happy customer 🙂
I have honestly been impressed a handful of times by this place’s accuracy after I have submitted admittedly complicated orders due to my family members always making changes to their items.
I just had to stop by this page to give them the glowing review that they have earned ten times over
