Ordered a quesadilla and received an uncooked raw tortilla with meat inside, almost no cheese. The $13.00 “quesadilla” came square, and was not cut… so bizarre for a restaurant that typically provides decent food. The bowl we also ordered was incredibly lacking. Will be dining at other restaurants in the future.

The restaurant was extremely dirty—tables were covered in food and trash, and it looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in hours. The floors were just as bad, with spills and napkins scattered everywhere.
To make matters worse, the food prep area didn’t look well-maintained either. The employees seemed overwhelmed, and while I understand they can get busy, basic cleanliness should still be a priority. It was honestly one of the dirtiest Chipotles I’ve been to, and I won’t be coming back.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness because this location needs a major reset.

Very busy at lunch but they are fast and really push the line through. I like the bowl concept that several restaurants have and this is one I have steered away from because of early issues with the chain.
It is tasty! I enjoyed the flavor of the brown rice and pulled pork. I also enjoyed the drink selection (not soda). They include turmeric in a couple of the drink selections adding a unique flavor. Thank you all for your great service.

This Chipotle is the best. They generously fill bowls and burritos. The staff is great, and the restaurant is very clean.

I came here multiple times, my experience with chipotle was all good until I came to this branch. You literally have to ask to add more food of every thing because they put little! Like at least train the people who work here to put a good enough amount of food that actually meets the price. Also, the taste of Barbecoa meet is not the best as usual. I guess it is a good bye for this branch until they fix these things.

So disappointing. Didn’t read the small print on the labels that cheese 1.50 and guac 2.50 were extra. I haven’t been to a Chipotle before, and the workers there just shuffle you along super fast like you should already know. That was rude to me. Then when I was paying the guy at the register told me it was like 22 something. I was like for a bowl and a small drink?? And he looked down and apologized for a drink he accidently added, but it was still 19.58 for a small bowl of mostly beans and rice, and over flavored precooked tacobell tasting meat. For that price it should’ve been fresh grilled filet mignon or something. Horrible, and disgusting.

Every time I order a to go bowl they fill it half way with everything. Half a scoop of protein, asked for extra veggies and didn’t even get a full scoop. Fresca machines always broken and tables always dirty. Staff lazy and no help.

I had an online pickup order, and when I arrived, there was only one girl helping customers. I assumed I’d be waiting a while since she was the only one there (only one working effectively). I eat Chipotle a lot and over the course of 20+ years I’ve never had my burrito bowl made so quickly and correctly! She was fast and efficient. You better treat her right. I ordered my food at 8:30ish on 06.25
