Food is cooked fresh upon entering the restaurant, which is great. Just wish they had more fresh vegetables that weren’t frozen. Not all of the sauces are sugar laden (common with most Americanized Chinese restaurants). The hibachi grill could use a wider selection of vegetables, but otherwise is pretty good.

Pretty good if you’re looking for a Chinese buffet. They have good sushi (some fried rolls), and their Hibachi is delicious! I’m usually not a fan of Chinese restaurant Hibachi, but this is good! Very friendly employees too!

My boyfriend and I lived in Knoxville for a year and the options for asian cuisine was endless. We were recommended by our go-to restaurant in Knoxville to eat at Golden Chopsticks. It is great food that isn’t just smothered in sauce. The chicken isn’t breaded to where that is all you taste. My boyfriends gets the General Tso with Wonton Soup and I get a different entree every time I go. My favorite has been the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Hot and Sour Soup. I would recommend this restaurant over any other in Crossville.

Terrible. Sorry excuse of a business, customer service sucks. Placed a delivery order, claimed they couldn’t find it so never brought my food and would not let me talk to a manager on the phone and answered every one of my questions with I don’t know, and my address that they “couldn’t find” is like a mile down the road and they just dropped off delivery menus to my door last week..

Order was never made after ordering online. Took 2 and a half hours to get it and no discount or anything. Then placed an order over the phone and they never took down the address so took an hour and a half the second time. Best off to go and pick up what you want. Bad customer service!!!
