We order the Basil Sauce with Tofu and veggies and the red curry with chicken (they gave me beef though, thankfully it was delicious). The dishes we got were not spicy at all, we are used to a spicier version of Thai food but it was still delicious.

For appetizers we had the peanut salad (super good!) And foe dessert the fried bananas (amazing!!!)

Service was quick and friendly! We arrived right when they opened and it was packed within the first 45 minutes. Clearly its a local favorite!

Cozy and hip within a shopping center with plenty of parking. Service wasn’t bad. They refilled water frequently and the food didn’t take too long.

The fresh spring rolls were standard albeit a bit pricey. The pho broth was good, but there was barely any protein. For $16 I would expect more protein, but it was mainly noodle with a few slices of meatball. It was like they took one meatball and split it. So if you are looking to carb it up in a rich broth this is for you. Otherwise you may feel ripped off by the lack of protein.

The Chicken Larb was a bit disappointing. The sauce was too salty. By the end (since I refuse to waste food) I had to pour my water into the sauce to dilute it in order to finish the chicken. Also, when we were ordering it the server said the dish wasn’t spicy (in an off-putting manner as if our question was annoying). But looking at it you can see a few chili pepper flakes. It actually didn’t taste spicy, so he’s not wrong. But I also have a relatively high tolerance towards spicy heat. So some people may find those chili flakes alarming.

Been coming here since they have opened! Great place to get a Pho! Also got the satay chicken, fresh rolls and grilled steak appetizers. All so good! Really wish it was closer to me! But when I’m in the area I usually stop by to get a bite there to eat or to go! Great for all!
*I also ate a whole roll when I took the picture!

The food tastes great and comes in great portions at reasonable prices. It would be even better if the pho were served with green peppers. The server was warm and friendly, the seating is spacious, and the atmosphere feels cozy. I’d definitely come back again.

Now my go to pho place in this area, my other is in GSO. The entire family loves the chicken pho. However, the best part is the service – running close to make the 2:30PM lunch closure, I called ahead and told the owner / manager the situation – we placed our order ( 3 chicken pho) and food was on the table hot and delicious when we got there! I was VERY impressed by this as service at some many other places is not great. We’ll be back soon!

Never had a pho with an egg in it but it’s surprisingly good haha. Probably one of my favorite broths in the Triangle. It’s fatty, unctuous (is this how you use that word?) and has a depth that a lot of pho places miss.

Highly recommend getting their Pho Dac Biet. It comes only in XL but it’s well worth it. I’m the type to down the noodles, meat and soup and I couldn’t today.

One small problem: I was charged extra for having the meat on the side but that may have either been me misreading or a clerical error. Overall, this place is great!

My husband and I are frequent customers of Queen of Pho and absolutely love it. The pho is delicious and is perfect for a cold, rainy day (although I could eat it all year). The food is always consistent and well-prepared. The customer service is excellent. The owner Vicki knows us by name and our usual order. We will forever be loyal customers of this establishment.

Food was great and fresh. Quick service and all the servers were very attentive and kind. Ordered spring rolls and the chicken wings, the sauce was very flavorful and yummy, chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Loved the pho too, good amount for the price. Also the Thai iced coffee was very unique in flavor sweet but not too sweet. Lastly the roti for desert was so good, crunchy and sweet. Definitely a good place to eat, huge menu, and if you are adventurous to explore different flavors

One of my favorite restaurants in Chapel Hill has an interesting history. It was originally a pho place called Queen of Pho, known for its rich, full-bodied broth. After it closed, a Thai restaurant took its place, but I only tried it once and didn’t enjoy it as much.

When a new pho restaurant opened in the same spot, I was eager to try it—and it did not disappoint. The pho is fantastic, and the boat noodle is incredibly flavorful and rich. Every bowl of soup reminds me of my hometown, filling me with warmth and joy.

The prices are reasonable, and they offer a great variety of soup options. I’ve been there more than five times already and absolutely love it.
