Our to go to Indian food truck!
It’s been a while since we had an India food and this is one of the good ones we’ve ever tried in San Antonio!
So good! The beef bowl was so soft and the crispy toppings above gives accent to the texture of the food! The wrap was fantastic and we should’ve add the hummus with it.
Mango lassi was on point as well, it was almost the same I had in Asia!
Glad we saw Blessie’s husband doing the food taste on the entrance of our community. Now we are converted to loyal customer!

So glad we finally stopped here for dinner! The husband and wife owners were so kind and helpful. We decided to order one wrap, one bowl, a side of naan, and a chai latte.
The Indian fusion flavors were spot on. If you’ve never had Indian food before, this would be a great introduction since the flavors aren’t overpowering. If you’re an Indian food veteran, you’ll love it too.
Also, I highly recommend the chai latte. It’s real chai and the perfect balance of sweet and spice.
Definitely make sure to stop here for dinner. We’ll be back soon!

First time trying out the food offerings of Blessie’s Indian Fusion. Ordered the naan wrap with shrimp, veggies with crunch mix, medium chutney and a mango lassi. Was blown away by the flavors and spices that is quintessentially Indian cuisine. (Yeah, I take food seriously) Can’t wait to try out the rest of their menu items.

So I have returned a few more times and tried out the Basmati Rice Bowl with the shrimp and with the chicken. Both times with all the veggies and crunchy topping and with the hot chutney. One with the masala hummus topping. The portions were definitely large enough to feed at least 2 people. (Or, as in my case, 1 very, very hungry person….. ) adding the masala hummus added a different flavor dimension.

So happy we were finally able to make it by to try this food truck. It’s great to have a lighter, health conscious option among all the typical tacos and trashy food along Shaenfield.
The owners are kind and very eager to provide great service & food. Had the Basmati Bowl with Beef and added all the available toppings. Very vibrant colors and tasted great. Very pleased and plan to be back soon.
Also had a iced Chai that was also fantastic with a strong black tea taste. Very enjoyable.

A wonderful Indian fusion food truck ran by the most incredible couple! I tried the chicken bowl with all the toppings (plus the hummus, you can’t forget the hummus), and it was delicious. The mango lassi is the perfect drink to calm any heat that comes from the food. And I’m a big naan gal, and Blessie’s homemade naan was so so good!! Definitely stop here for dinner!

By far the best Indian food I’ve had in San Antonio. Our family goes once a week, sometimes more! I’ve tried everything on the menu and there isn’t one thing I have not LOVED! The owners are so sweet which makes the food even better!

So glad this is by my house. We come here at least once a week. The food is incredible and the service is super friendly. Wish the shrimp option had more shrimp but overall it’s a great experience every time.

I would sell my soul to eat here every meal. The owners are super kind, the location was super cute, the truck is sparkling clean, and the food is sooo delicious. I had the medium spice and it was just the right amount. I got it with everything fully loaded and the flavors blend so well together. The bowls are huge and we ordered the wrap/Naan on the side. The chai tea was very flavorful. I love this place so much ❤
