This should be a crime and this restaurant needs to be inspected! My chicken is pink and uncooked! This will get someone sick. I’d rather wait longer to have my food cooked throughly then to get it fast and raw. Do better!

La Brasa in Coral Springs is an excellent spot for delicious, authentic food! Even though it’s a fast-food restaurant, the quality of the food really stands out — everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire establishment, including the bathrooms, was very clean and well maintained. It’s a great place to stop for a quick meal that still tastes homemade and authentic. Highly recommend!

Had the worst experience ever.
Tried to order 2 regular 1/4 chicken (breasts) and the cashier with no manners and a very bad attitude said no that if we ordered a breast the next order HAD to be leg.
We ended up ordering as he commanded and they served what they wanted.
On top of it, the plates were broken which is a violation of the health code. After making it a point to the server, we ordered picarones and again were given a broken plate. It appears this place has no management. We asked for the manager and they said there was none.
I would never come back again

They threw piping hot fried food in a styrofoam plate melting the plastic on to the food. On top of that they expect a minimum tip of 18%.

The pollo a la brasa here is the real deal! Delicious! The garlic potatoes and cilantro rice go well. We got the plaintains as well, which were tasty. Friendly service. The rest of the menu looks great, so we’ll be back to try some of the other traditional Peruvian dishes here. Enjoy!

Took my family this week at night..was on line as I witness how rude these employees are when you ask them questions about there menus.. quickly I looked at reviews and saw this was a common complaint that obviously the owners are aware and say they will correct but they are just giving lip service. So I decided to leave the line with my family and support another establishment that I knew was better run and wanted to be a successful business in their neighborhood.. when I start seeing better reviews on there service I will give them another try..it’s too bad the food looked and smelled awesome!…

For a wannabe La Granja it makes it really easy to never come here ever when you can’t get the simple things right. As a delivery driver, I’m supposed to be able to trust that when the restaurant tells me I have someone’s complete order, I should have their complete order. This place can not be trusted. Instead of admitting that they handed off a complete order, they told the customer that I took half the food. If you are thinking of going to her, don’t. It’s just an over priced pretender. Hope it was worth it.

This La Brassa isn’t as good as the one on McNabb Rd the one on Sample is way to salty and tiny portions and tiny chickens ordered 2X 1/4 chicken nothing there but a tiny peice also no more rice use to get rice & beans and plantains. Was a waste of money MGRS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS.

I love La brasa it’s the best Peruvian rotisserie restaurant in the area! The chicken is always juicy and delicious which usually comes with 2 sides the best combo is always salad and fries but there are a plethora of options to choose from. They also make other delicious Peruvian dishes like anticuchos, lomo saltado, chicken/shrimp/steak fried rice, and many more! The service is always top notch and everything is always clean. There’s plenty of places to sit but sometimes it can get packed but there’s always the to go option but the chicken is it’s best when you eat it hot and fresh there.

Visited La Brasa at their Coral Springs location. Ordered a cilantro chicken soup and half a chicken with black beans and tostones with a soda.

Soon as I started the soup I realized I ordered too much food. The portions were huge and tasted great.

As you can see in the last picture I had to take most of the chicken and tostones home in a box because I couldn’t eat it all.

Considering how expensive food items these days are I am shocked I got this much great quality food for under $22 including tax and the service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back.
