Derrick at iHop Mililani was BEYOND amazing!!! His service was perfect he’s so friendly, so communicative and very helpful also very on it with checking on it! The quality of food was also great! Will definitely be back again! & hopefully we get Derrick again!!! PS: I forgot to take a picture of my avocado toast, but it was very delicious!

Taylor and her bus-kane’ were very hard working to get our order out to us and to clear our table afterwards. They were very friendly and professional. The restaurant manager also stopped by our table to check on us and the service that was provided. Everything was clean in the restaurant. The atmosphere was also nice and cheerful. We had the 55+ Sampler and Avocado Toast both with crispy bacon. Our order came as advertised and how we wanted it. The coffee was hot and the conversations were pleasant between us and Taylor, as well as her manager and bus-kane’. Mahalo nui and keep up the great hospitality and service!

Had an incredible experience here! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What really made the day, though, was the service. Alana was our server and she was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever rushing us. It’s rare to find a place that balances great flavors with such genuine hospitality. Thank you Alana for having such a posititive attitude and providing great recommendations of food choices on the menu!

IHOP was absolutely amazing! The food quality was excellent, everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about what they serve.
The employees made the experience even better. They were so family-oriented, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff were great conversationalists and created such a warm, happy atmosphere. It felt more like being around friends than just dining out.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a really good experience at IHOP overall. The food was tasty and came out pretty quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and comfortable, so I’d give both the food and atmosphere 4 stars.
But the BEST part of our visit was our waitress, Sophia she was truly outstanding and deserves 5 stars on her own! From the moment she came to our table, she was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She checked on us at the perfect times without hovering, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service and making customers feel taken care of. Sophia had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She definitely stood out and is the reason we’d come back again. Thank you Sophia for being amazing! ✨
