I had such a wonderful experience at Eagles Nest! The atmosphere was perfect a beautiful evening with a live band providing great music, and the weather couldn’t have been better for outdoor dining.
The staff went above and beyond incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious! The crispy fish dinner with sweet potato fries was cooked to perfection, and the dessert was as beautiful as it was flavorful. The drinks were also spot-on and refreshing.
If you’re looking for a place with great food, amazing service, live music, and the perfect lakeside vibe, I can’t recommend Eagles Nest enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The chicken wrap and fries were good. My lunch mate liked his hamburger. I’ve been wanting to enjoy a meal on the water and this is a good place to do it. The deck seating was spacious and you have to go inside first to request it. I would return this summer.

Food was incredible! So good we came back the next morning for the Sunday brunch which was delicious as well. The wait staff was kind and very good at their jobs, very personable. We had Brevan and Kelly and they were so wonderful. The atmosphere was great, overall a fantastic place to stop for a bite!

This writer and guest sat outside on the patio by the water. A very pleasant experience. Our waiter was friendly and knowledge of the menu. Prices are at point. This writer had the million dollar chicken which tasted as the description. This writer’s guest had the fish fry, tasting equally well. This venue has three bars and ample seating areas with different variants of ambiance. Indoor seating can be loud with a bistro vibe.

Valentines Day ! We were surprised to be able to get a table at prime time, that should have given us a clue. We got seated no problem. Lots of open tables at that time. We did not order the offered Valentines Special, we went and ordered from the menu card, chicken masala and rib eye steak. Chicken was dry, sauce wasn’t a masala sauce. Steak was cooked to liking, but even with a sharp steak knife, not easy to cut. Ordered with Herb butter, like on the menu, but that butter wasn’t available, only regular butter!?
I was asking for some sautéed onions on the side, but that was not available, no onions were cut for Valentine’s day.
Manager came over to ask for review, we told her about this dinner experience and she admitted that others had complaints about the steak quality. No offers for price reductions etc.
Not a great way to have dinner on a special day.
This wasn’t our first bad dining experience , but definitely the last.

Fantastic place!! Great food, love the menu changes/upgrades! Service was super efficient and the drinks were delish. However, I did not like that prices are not posted on the drink menu, also the bar area near the water was very cold!! That could be a deal breaker for many.

Despite it being the winter and the summer being their best time of year, the place is still very charming. There weren’t many people there asides from what I’m assuming was the regulars at the bar. I can imagine this being the place to be during the summer. I got a jalapeño cheese burger and asked for some substitutions based on my current diet and the waiter was really helpful and got my order right. My fiancé got the cheese steak wrap and that was also excellent. Their French fries and onion rings are both great. I’ll definitely be coming back in the summer to enjoy some drinks and more of the menu with friends. Great spot!

The Clark Lake Fish & Chips dinner & the Char-grilled Ribeye was delicious and prepared perfectly. The steak was tender & cooked to order. The salad was made fresh. The fish was crispy delicious coating and perfectly cooked. This dinner was fantastic and the best we’ve had away from home for a verrrry longgg time! Thank you!

Must of been just my luck. Served me mozzarella sticks with all the cheese cooked out of every one. There was paper in my salad, my patty melt burger was burnt and the onions and mushrooms were raw and there was no cheese which was wild, and the fries came out after the food instead of with it. Took a half hour to get a drink but stuck it out and wish I hadn’t! Servers were nice and the atmosphere is cool but other then that it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had a restaurant. And lakeside joints usually really don’t disappoint, Sad!

The atmosphere walking up to the restaurant gives a New England beach vibe. Views of Clarklake and plenty of seating hightlight the inviting aura of the establishment. Staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. I got the pretzel bites with queso. Fish sandwich was tasty. Although, I didn’t care for the sub-like bun. Sweet potato fries were flavorful
