I have to say this place is very clean and the pizza is great. Since my last Review the morale of the workers have drastically changed. The service and some workers are horrendous. They actually hang up the phone. Or leave you on hold for more than 30 minutes trying. The manager doesn’t care the atmosphere and attitude of this location has deteriorated and although the pizza is great I will not give this place my money.

I am naturally skeptical of corporations and franchises, but they continue to deliver(or pick-up ) my favorite specialty pizza known as tha BBQ Chicken Bacon Hawaiian pizza – thin, original, or other type of crust, so easily gets top rating for food quality. The staff at this relocated location seems more motivated and thus better providing better service (though probably still overworked) – so they definitely deserve a raise. the atmosphere and interior of the space IS clearly better than it’s previous industrial, sterile, and inhospitable interior design of its location at Hollywood Circle; in addition, it’s in a walkable, easily accessible, multi-modal area that makes it even better.
For these reasons its earned n extra star over its previous site, to a total of 4 out of 5 stars.

Since the very first time I start to order online I had nothing but issues with my order ethier the door dash services they use to deliver the pizza the dasher is careless with the order I receive my pie all to one side like the driver was in a drift track. Second order I did they put a topping that I never asked for . I just picked the olives off. 3rd order which was today. The meat on the pizza taste like the meat as been soaked in water then cooked. I got pepperoni and sausage. I call the manager and all he said was he will look into it. And said sorry.

I ordered four pizzas for an event at 12:15 PM, and I only received my order at 1:35 PM. Before that, I spent 40 minutes trying to call the restaurant every time someone picked up, no one spoke. I could clearly hear background kitchen noise, as if they just placed the phone on the counter instead of actually answering.
When I finally reached someone, they told me the order would arrive in 10 minutes, but it still took much longer, and the communication was terrible throughout the whole process.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had already left a tip in advance, and the service we received was completely unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this place.

Chicken wing 8 pieces $13.5.- 10″ veggie pizza $15.5- delicious and tidy. Not Italian pizza, but fast food American pizza is fulfilled.

Got a half cheese, the other half had pepperoni, spinach and banana peppers and the topping was literally in the middle of the pizza, so they all was at the bottom of the slices. How could any pizza maker do a pizza like that and think it’s ok. Making pizza isn’t hard.

Hi, I just received two pizzas from your restaurant, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The dough was undercooked, the ingredients were falling off, and the pizzas were dripping water from the uncooked toppings. They were completely inedible. I feel like I paid for something I couldn’t even eat.

Very unprofessional employees. I ordered a stuffed pizza. It was burned. It didn’t look like the “golden deliciousness” that was promised. When I asked for them to remake it, the “manager” refused. Extremely POOR customer service. Horrible! Complete let down.
