Margaret was incredibly rude. I was going to dine in but I just had to leave. after waiting half an hour, they were unprofessional, nobody seemed happy to be there and was just super unsatisfied with the atmosphere in general. Will not be coming back. To be honest, just go anywhere else. The food was pretty bland too.

Fried rice and noodles were scorched in some areas and extremely dry with no flavor. Egg in fried rice was overcooked with brown scorch marks. Fried rice also had big clumps of plain white rice. Some of the chicken was odd texture and not good at all. This has happened many times. Not sure if it’s reheated leftovers or just a bad cook that doesn’t care to do things correctly.

I will say, $8.30 for a single bowl is insane, but the taste is definitely worth it! I got a single bowl with a noodle base and orange chicken. The drive-thru service is great, same for the inside service.

BEWARE ORDERING ONLINE! You may not get your food, and if you’ve already paid, they will refuse a refund. Two days ago I placed an online order. The website said it was outside the delivery area (I live in Clinton) so I selected “pickup.” I drove all the way to Flowood to pick up the order. When I arrived, I was told that the order had already been picked up (despite the fact that I did not ask for delivery). The order was never delivered to my house. I returned to the restaurant yesterday, and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to make it right.

Arrived at location to get 3 plates to go at 9:10 pm and they refused to make what we ordered said they only would give us the old stuff they had out. Said they were not cooking anything for the rest of the night worst experience ever at a Panda Express!!!!!!!!! We left and won’t return back to this location.
