Walked in to get my order and there was 4 other people other then me waiting for their food. Stood there for about 10 minutes before one of the other customers asked if we could get our food. The response we got was “how can I give you your food without a name”. Well if you acknowledged the people standing there then maybe you would know their names. I get it gets busy, but your job is making sure the customers are happy.

I would recommend going to any other Domino’s in town, this one on Minnesota ave has a gentleman working the line who has a ponytail and a beard. Who seems to just happen to make my order every time I go in there. 9 times out of 10 under portions the pizza, I’m just tired of arguing at this point I’m just going to continue going to other locations

Well I ordered the stuff crust with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Well I ordered double pepperonis with sausage and onions and mushrooms. Included is the pictures of my pizza. I could of gotten a pizza from the family dollar with the same amount of pepperoni. One picture with a flash. Holy slow. It’s a 50/50 chance on any delivery order that it’ll take 20 minutes or over an hour. When called, they always say that have a big order and are understaffed or another excuse. That’s nice, but not my issue – plan better or give me an option to change the store I order from in the app.

The only reason for 3 stars is because when I ordered online my pizza was done fairly quickly. I ordered a medium sausage and beef pizza with extra sauce. There was definitely not extra sauce on my pizza in fact they put less sauce on it on purpose. My pizza was really dry due to the little amount of sauce they put on it. My beef on the pizza tasted like cleaning chemicals. The sausage was undercooked. My wife ordered a medium beef and jalapeño pizza and they were so skimpy on the toppings. Oh and they charge for Parmesan cheese they do not give it out free like other pizza places. I do not think I will be returning to this location.

Ordered at 4:10pm. Said it was made at 4:38pm driver left at 5pm and drove by my hotel 3 separate times. It is now 6:42pm the app says it was delivered and I still have no food.

I’m giving 5 stars because the guy looked like he was having a really rough day, but he still was very polite and attentive to our order.
I wanted to give him a hug you could tell he had been crying.
so instead, I’ll give a 5 star review.

I have been ordering from this neighborhood Domino’s for nearly 20 years, great service and many times they know me when i walk in. month or so ago placed a pickup order and it said 8-13 minutes so I jumped in the car to arrive approx 15 minutes later. Must have been purchased by a new owner and new staff. It was horrible, hadn’t even started. Waited 57 minutes for a single topping and then got home and it was the WRONG one. Last night I decided to give them another shot and same thing, got there and hadn’t even started. Will not be giving this location another shot. Moving my business to another location.
