I’ve been to this chain before at other cities. And I like it. They have a lot more additives now than used to be. You get you take some time to look at the menu because you can do quite a bit with the different drinks. A small is plenty I think. I got the strawberry banana and then was a stevia to cut down on the added sugar. I can come here every week in the summer. It is really good. I had the angel food smoothie

Love smoothie king but the kid asked us not to order today. He pretty much was like I have 7 orders ahead of you do you really want to wait? Before even saying hi. I love smoothie king however with that bring said, the server stood around doing absolutley nothing while five orders, mine included where piling up. Another lady who had been waiting patiently had complained about having to be back at work within 15 minutes and how she was going to be late. I was in a similar boat. I had to make a bus and figured that in the meantime I would go grab a smoothie. That was almost 20 minutes prior to the bus arriving, I waited in store for over 15 minutes after paying and never got my drink before I had to run for the bus. Very disappointing, wish I could get my money back that smoothie king stole from me.

Almost all aspects of our experiences with this smoothie king have been awful. I am never really one to leave reviews, and that just goes to show how strongly I feel about this. We have ordered on the app the last three times we have gone, and every single time we do the staff doesn’t even begin making our order until we walk in the door at our order time. Even when looking in the store staff are nowhere to be found until we walk in. As we watched a staff member make our smoothies today, she made our smoothies in the same blender and split it between two cups. The issue with this is that we had TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS?! Even as we took our drinks and said thank you she simply walked away and ignored us. The only good part of our order is that the smoothies still tasted good, regardless of them not being what we ordered. Unsure if I will go here again.

I got something, Shark drink. Was supposed to have almond butter and energy powder. I know Almond butter has a light flavor but my drink was all sour berry. I don’t know what energy they put in it but I can get more from a 1.50 bubbler. For 11.50, I should have been able to taste the butter and then thereby wouldn’t have been so sour.

I get this through door dash. I was getting this everyday for the past few days till today the spoons weren’t included. I spend $50 to $80 easily here each time.
I called the place up and the manager told me it’s a problem with doordash. They are the problem.
Excuse me but this is YOUR business. The bag wasn’t sealed nor were the bowls.
I am reluctant to order again after hearing the manager say it’s not his problem but seeing the other review about the flies scares me. I cannot stand flies around food. Maggots come to mind.
I just got a bad taste in my mouth and won’t order for awhile.
