Wendy’s one of my childhood favorites has been on the decline for many years now. While passing thru Orlando we stopped here and its a modern iteration with outdoor seating. Food was hot, fresh and staff attentive. This gives me hope that Wendy’s could comeback. I would if I was Corporate leadership follow Chik Fil-A as an example and for whatever reasons their staff maybe paid better is always cheery and on point

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this Wendy’s prior to writing this review. The first being I watched their staff duck and hide while they were still open late night to avoid taking a new customer. The last more recent event I was actually able to get my food though I had a long wait for it. They put a disgusting and I mean disgusting amount of mayo in my sandwich to the point it was inedible until I scraped it off. Would never go to this location again.

Nisha is just rude. Took my breakfast order as slow as possible and then I asked if she needed anything else from me she said no, and to pull to the second window and when I got up to the window she told me that now it is 10:30 and can’t serve me what she just took as my order.

The staff at this Wendy’s is absolutely amazing! They consistently go above and beyond each time I visit. I went in for breakfast because I had been fasting for blood work and I had two images that I had done as well. What I thought was going to be me grabbing something quickly before I called my Lyft ended up being 20 minutes due to their ordering kiosk Not functioning properly. I tried two different machines and nothing. I asked one of the staff to assist me and she kept saying she was signed out to give her a minute. It took her quite a while to assist me and all the while I’m standing on a cane for the duration. At this point, I was just ready to just leave, but I really needed to eat something so I sit down and wait. Finally, two staff members assist me and I eventually get my order. No compensation, no 5% off, no five dollars off, nothing for the inconvenience. It’s OK to have the ordering kiosk, but make sure you have a customer service rep as an option as well.

I like this Wendy’s for its convenient location and it is somewhat new & nice-looking (over 1 y.o.). I used to order inside, but now the mobile app is faster & easier (plus Wendy’s has some great app-only deals). Most of the employees are courteous enough, though some look bored/indifferent. Their lower-dollar burgers taste better than McDonald’s value versions next door. TIP: Before driving away, inspect your bag quickly to make sure your order is correct. Also, they usually “forget” to add ketchup for your fries, so always ask.

2 years ago I left a five-star review and a nice paragraph about how great the service and food was. But I’ve come back to change my review to one star in the complain about the food and the service. Well if you can even call being greeted by an artificial voice and having to place your order to a robot who you can’t ask questions to “service”. And just look at this chili!!! The sauce is as thin as water and look how many beans there are compared to sauce and meat it’s basically like opening up a can of beans and heating it up on the stove that’s basically what it tastes like too. I can’t eat this. They didn’t even give me a spoon. Had to wait till I got home just to find out that I still don’t have anything to eat. I guess if I was desperate and starving, but I shouldn’t have to pay for food that I wouldn’t eat unless I was desperate or starving!
