Went in on 12-11-25 made a purchase which included a salad. Popped the top off and started to pour the dressing on top when i noticed this disgusting insect in the salad . Workers acted kinda rude about it and refused a refund for the order and refused to replace the salad with another side but offered another salad? Why the hell would i want another insect infested item? I suggested they throw the rest of those salads away since they said they were all made from the same batch of ingredients…and they replied there’s no way they could do that. So i came to the conclusion they would rather someone get sick from their food instead of potentially getting rid of the problem. Very unprofessional. If i can leave a pic i will.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! STAFF ARE CRAP!!! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU!!! The “manager” is a crap person. I came in after placing a pick up order. I was told on the site 6:30pm for pick up time I show up 4 minutes early at 6:26pm. The manager catches an attitude with me because its 4 pizzas and 30 minutes isnt enough time to make 4 pizzas!?!?! Slamming my pizzas down on the counter and saying “your order is done” and walking away is not okay. I will never be back to this location and will be doing an edit of this review once I find out names. The employees have headphones in their ears and dont even great you when you walk in. On top of all this their entire lobby is trashed. This is CRAP treatment. I will be putting in a complaint to upper management as well. Keep im mind my pick up order was paid for in advance and I was only 4 minutes early. I was willing to wait the 10 extra minutes if they needed extra time. But me having to sit and wait an addition 45 minutes irs CRAP . 4 pizzas and cheesy bread shouldn’t take over an hour to make. I will be contacting someone above in the food chain. DO NOT COME HERE !!!

My problem was that I ordered the family size. It’s baked on a cardboard pan. It just isn’t sturdy enough for that size. As I took it out of the oven it folded in half and toppings landed on the floor. I saved some as the floor was pretty clean but an awful mess and only used maybe half.

You place the order online, you tip online, you stop and pick it up. They say” hi,” you leave. Easy enough. When I’ve spent my entire day talking to people in a retail setting, I’m OK with a friendly “hello”and goodbye to go cocoon at home with my pizza.

What a great product! I have never been disappointed with the pizza. It’s very good. I change up the baking process a little bit by adding cornmeal to my stone and finishing the baking process on it. Gives the crust a little bit of crisp. My go to ‘pizza joint’.

We really like the pizzas here, especially the stuffed pizzas. They have a variety of choices. The quantities are good. The prices, especially on Tuesdays, make it worth the effort. Yummy!

The young people at your store are wonderful! They’re always friendly and helpful…and generous with toppings in my experience. My pizza is always outstanding. Papa Murphy’s is just about the only pizza we ever buy.
