This was my second visit to your restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. When we arrived, we noticed several tables with dirty plates and guests waiting without food, which suggested the team might have been overwhelmed. Still, we decided to stay because our first visit was enjoyable.
We waited about 30–40 minutes for our order, and the dishes were served at different times rather than together. When my wife began eating the Bolón de Verde, it was frozen inside, which indicated it had been reheated in the microwave. When we brought this to the server’s attention, the solution offered was to reheat the same dish, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. We were still charged for the item, which felt disappointing.
I completely understand that staffing challenges and busy days happen, but consistency in food quality and service is essential. If the restaurant is short-staffed or unable to maintain its usual standards, it might be better to limit seating or temporarily pause service to ensure guests have a positive experience. Additionally, having a clear resolution process for issues like this would go a long way toward maintaining customer trust.
We truly enjoyed our first visit, and we hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

I went there to eat “papi pollo” but they gave me chicken wings and fries instead what I asked for and the cost was 15$ u can get anywhere else the same food for less and it suppose to be fresh chicken as well but was frozen wings the worst experience eating Ecuadorian food

Un buen lugar para comer comida ecuatoriana.
El lugar muy limpio todo, desinfectan las mesas después de cada uso, vimos hacerlo.
El menú es amplio en opciones de tipo de platos y carnes pero muy limitado a mi parecer.
En el menú no habían sopas pero al preguntar por ellas, si tenían dos: Caldo de pata y caldo de gallina.
Cabe indicar que los platos no tienen el precio en su menú, de hecho, es el primer restaurante ecuatoriano que encuentro hasta hoy que no tiene los precios en su menú. Pero los precios de lo que ordenamos está en el recibo y como verán están muy dentro del rango que se paga por un plato.
El servicio es muy muy bueno.
La comida es una delicia! Muy sabrosa, casi se siente a comida realmente ecuatoriana! La presentación es muy buena. Todo lucía fresco y con buen color sus vegetales. Miren las fotos!
Solo una cosa encontré negativa en nuestra experiencia en este restaurant: las papas estaban demasiado fritas (muy café oscuras para mi gusto) así que 4 estrellas por eso.
Si recomendaría limpiar un poco la grasa del caldo antes de servir pero en cuanto a su sabor: era increíblemente bueno!
El Quaker tenía más un toquesito a bebida de la sierra que de la costa, muy delicioso!
La atención fue excelente!
Y relativamente la preparacion de los alimentos fue rápida comparado a otros lugares similares.
Aunque nos queda a 32 minutos desde casa, definitivamente volveríamos!
