Steven was very helpful. The app did not work and was glitching. If this happens to you, call in and they can use discounts in store that are the same (such as the T mobile ones). Pizza is always great.

We placed a delivery order and the power had gone out in town so we have them the benefit of the doubt for the wait but after about 30 minutes of power being back on, we called just to check on our order and the lady on the line was very rude when we couldn’t understand what she was saying and told us our food would be there in 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes we decided to go in to see what was going on and they told us they had canceled our order and never even informed me that they had done that.

I’ve always had problems ordering here. I don’t recommend coming here. Apart from weird employees something always goes wrong with my order. The pizza i ordered today was not cooked well. Its extremely inconvenient when you live 45 minutes away. Stay away from this place

Pizza was ordered for pick up, which we showed up just in time. They hadn’t even started making the pizza, we waited 37 minutes past scheduled time before pizza was ready, and it was still made incorrect. Several others that arrived during this fiasco also experienced a big delay in their pizza, several customers were told they were out of medium and large pizza pans, and other toppings. Interestingly, no attempts were made by staff for service recovery. I will never be going back.

I always like this place for the dine in. Due to there’s less people. Except at dinner rush. I was so excited to see they now offer fries. This is a very common practice in Chicago. So beside a local business, pizza hut now offers these delicious fries. They are awesome. The mens bathroom was really disgusting.

Never go to this pizza hut branch! i got screwed over. I called for a pick up order 1 large pizza pepperoni with stuffed crust. There is a signage out on the door and lawn saying $8.99 for large pizza witg 1 topping, when i told the employee that, he said its only for regular crust. I got charged $15.89. I checked online even for stuffed crust should be $10.99. Liar, horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!
