So my first time here, the server was nice. (I found out after I had paid and started eating that there was supposed to be sauce on my stromboli.) It was my first time getting one so I didn’t know. My son and i were craving sbarro so we went here.. this is not sbarro.. this is black and brown “marinara” sauce.. I lost my appetite looking at it. Horrible. Tried to get a slice of pizza….stood their for 10 minutes with no one around. Guess they don’t need the business that bad!…Update – just tried again, it’s 2 weeks later and no change. No employees to be found…they seem to hide in the back room. Pizzas look like they were made 3 days ago. Just nasty! I’m surprised corporate let’s these people make such a bad name for their corporation! Never going to Sbarro again! Noticed the employee was out shopping around the mall instead of being at the counter!

Rarely have I seen such lackadaisical behavior from employees. Watching these two people plate pizza was like watching a slug race. There was one party in line in front of us and it must have taken them 20 minutes to fulfill our order. The owners of Southwest Plaza mall should get rid of this waste of retail space and find a company where employees actually care about their jobs.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Pizza was old and dry. Ranch I paid extra for had a crack in the bottom of the container and was unusable. Soda was filled halfway and had to ask her to fill it up to the top. Server was not friendly or helpful at all. Biggest waste of $10. Disappointing and not representative of Sbarro.

Sbarro has been a fond memory of my past until now. All the food is sitting out , uncovered, unfresh. I tried the Stromboli thinking it would be better. So wrong! Not only was it not warmed up and was cold, but it was RAW inside!!!!! Will never go back. Shame!

I’ve never written a review for a restaurant, but the food and service here was disturbing enough that I feel the need to. I didn’t expect much, and only bought this because I was in the mall and pretty hungry. I got a Stromboli, which was promptly pulled off a plate thrown on the counter under no heat lamps or heated at all, and then tossed into the oven for about 20 seconds to “reheat” it. It was still rock solid in the middle and cold, and tasted absolutely horrific. I also watched the employee handle money, and then handle food without changing his gloves, they had to hack at the stale pizza crust that had been sitting out for God knows how long, and they walked by me when I first tried to order. This place has some serious health code violations, and if you dont believe me go watch them “cook” your food. I don’t know if you can justify paying 6$ for a stale piece of bread with rock hard cheese in the middle, but I sure can’t. I set the bar real low, and yet, this place still managed to underperform on every single aspect of it. Save yourself the trouble, and eat anywhere else.

The first time I ate here everything was hot and fresh but today both my pizza and Stromboli was cold. Not just slightly warm but actually cold. Tastes good but a little disappointed on how cold it was.

I tried again a few weeks later. I got a Stromboli and a slice. Both were warm this time. The best thing to get is the Stromboli as the pizza is OK but for the price it isn’t worth it. 6$ and it tastes like a 2 dollar gas station pizza. If you are craving pizza and don’t have time to look else where then get Sabarro other wise it’s not worth the money.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza which the sign says large one topping 16.99, each additional topping 1.50. They charged me 19.99 and when i asked why i was told the one topping is cheese. The cheese is what they call one topping. So i asked ok even if thats how you consider it your additional toppings are 1.50 each so why did you stlcharge me more then that. He got mad said thats what his boss told him to do. Just make sure your bei g charged the correct price.
