This Dunkin’ Donuts, has very good customer service and their donuts is really, really good. We love stopping it Dunkin’ to get their specialty donuts and to get their frozen coffee and sit there. And ate it before we go like they really well on the cleanliness inside their restaurant. Their bathrooms was spotless.And I smelled great they are very nice chairs to sit in highly recommended.

TERRIBLE Dunkin ! Slow service .employees were rude . Had to order on the kiosk after waiting at the register for 5 min . No one acknowledged us standing there when we wanted to pay cash but had no other choice but to pay card in the machine . They were out of chicken pepper wrap which is 6 dollars replaced it with a stuffed croissant which is 3 which we would have just taken a refund because we didn’t want the croissant. Then when they told me we ask if our other stuff was done they said no and it was definitely done and then I went back up after another 5-10 min and ask again and a different lady gave me all the stuff that was just sitting there my white chocolate coffee didn’t have a whip cream ! It was cold since she didn’t give it to me when it was done ! TERRIBLE MANGEMENT NEED TO TRAIN BETTER OT HIRE MORE PEOPLE THIS IS NOT OK !

i ordered online an iced matcha and a blended matcha, got given two iced coffee with matcha powder sitting at the bottom of the cup.. they had the correct order stickers on the drinks so i know i didn’t order wrong. i was very disappointed, i order matcha because i dont like coffee lmao

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. I have given it so many tries, but it is just awful. The people are nice but it is very mismanaged, the kids working don’t know how to make the drinks, and have no sense of urgency. Every time I go it’s a 30+ minute wait in the drive through.

1/9/2026 came thru drive thru at 12:21 pm. Ordered a bacon ham sandwich with extra white cheddar, waited at the window for close to 7 minutes. 4 people working, seemed like one of the girls was just wondering around while the line is wrapped around the building. Finally get sandwich and get almost to old fort when I realized the sandwich I ordered was completely WRONG! It had literally no cheese nor the bacon jam. Such a shame because I spend a lot of money here getting coffee and donuts for the guys at a local business in Marion that I work at.

Came on valentines day , knew it would be busy but this was unacceptable. Waited 30 minutes in drive threw then decided to go inside and proceeded to wait another 25 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 doughnuts . By the way the doughnuts were stale . Four employees working , they did okay but never had a proper method to get food and drinks out in a timely manner . They would fix it then set it to the side . Then someone would pick it up and set it on the pick up counter five minutes later. Evedintly they have no manager , but if that is the case they shouldn’t be open . Cause people shouldn’t be waiting 50 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 doughnuts. Thanks thats my Ted talk

I went to marion dunkin today to pick up a mobile order before going to an appointment. They proceeded to hand me someone else’s order without verifying who was picking it up. I immediately went back inside to figure out what was going on and they took my mobile order and gave it to someone else. The employees at this location aren’t even verifying who they are giving orders out to. Since this whole shenanigans happened I didn’t get the breakfast that I paid for and it made me run late for what I had to do. They need to do a top to bottom restaffing of this location or just do the town a favor and shut this place down so people don’t keep dealing with this problems. I will not be returning to this location

There coffees are good if you get the right ones. The donuts are good if they are fresh. The food SUCKS, worse than frozen sausage biscuits from Walmart, the Great Value Brand.

I absolutely love lattes, I was a barista in the past for a short while and know how to make good coffees. Most of the time, these guys hit it on the mark, especially with the male employee that is great on hospitality! But there are a couple of females that absolutely ignore your existence and do not make your coffee right. For example, giving you a iced latte that looks like milk and has no espresso and they almost always forget my cold foam which is over a dollar add-on. Also they treat their drive-thru with the most priority, instead of the indoor customers. So if you go to this location, go through the drive-thru or you will be ignored. Like I said, most of the time it’s pretty decent and I go back when I order online so its ready when I get there.

We have been coming here for quite some time and always come through the week during the day. Today, Sunday, we decided to go by on our way home to make dinner. We bought four drinks. Two women working, neither one had a hat or a hair net. My fiance got halfway through his drink and a big hair was on the inside, then I checked the cups and didn’t see two hairs in my own drink until I was dang near done with it! I called and no apology at all she just said bring the drinks in she would replace them but we were busy cooking dinner and didn’t have time to make it before they closed. She said there were two of them and she didn’t k ow who’s hair it could be because they both had brown hair. This about made me sick and the whipped cream covered up being able to see the hairs. Nasty and disgusting! Save yourself and go somewhere else. I will go to swannanoa from now on! Disgusting!
