The two front desk girls (indentical twins) dropped 3 F bombs as well as several other curse words in front of customers. It wasn’t just one of them cursing, but both. They hung up on 4 incoming phone calls and told 3 people they would not take an order because they were too backed up. I ordered pizza to carry out at 540pm, was given a pickup 626 – pizza not ready until 640 and given to me luke warm. I ordered a pan pizza and was given a hand tossed pizza. When I opened the box and said I ordered a pan pizza I was told “that is a pan pizza” but it clearly wasn’t. It wasn’t worth the time to argue. Customer intimidation is their game and I’m not playing. I’m shocked the manager did nothing and that corporate hasn’t done anything about this either. This place should be shut down.

Customer service is extremely poor and there should be no reason why I placed an order for pick up and I still wait 1 hr for the pizza. The young lady at the front was extremely rude! There was so many people waiting. When I asked how much longer she said she didn’t know.

Pizza cold I ordered online. I waited in the parking lot. It says 15 minutes. I went in there after 10 minutes. My food was already done. Just taste nasty presentation. Terrible. Where is the cheese at a whole bunch of oregano? I definitely won’t come back at this Pizza Hut, that’s a waste of money seem like they just put a whole bunch of oregano to make it look like something so disappointed.

The cashier was nice, food, one large and 1 personal pan with snack boneless wings, was luke warm and I placed a online order. My first time and last time at this location. Plus the next day, my husband and I both had upset stomachs.

I usually get the pan pizza tonight, I ordered 2 large pizzas and in times past it tasted like cleaning solution it was the same thing tonight. I dont know if dough is being rolled on residual cleaning products or dough is bad but so unfortunate to spend so much money and get a bad taste in your mouth because of this.

The app on phone said the order was ready after 30-40 minutes. But when I got there they did not have the bread sticks ready. So I had to wait another 20 minutes inside for them to be prepared. The cashier was nice enough to offer some cheese sticks instead but i decided to wait. Did not know it was going to be 20 minutes. I ordered the pizza half green peppers and half pepperoni. And extra cheese. But it looks like they had place the green peppers on a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and reheated it. Poor quality. I’ll have to go somewhere else in the future.

The people that work here are amazing, doesn’t matter what shift. My food is always fresh, they have a salad bar, and plenty of seating. Sometimes it takes a while to receive your order but being as they are the only pizza hut in the city, this is understandable.

The customer service giving by ADAYSHA SHE have a bad attitude.. l wasn’t told l will pay 2.00 more. for 9.99 special for a one topping pizza when l place order. l ask to speak to the manger Adayshe question me why l wanted to speak to her manager.. over charged for a one topping pizza l explain when l place my order l wasn’t aware of a up charge for the original crust, until l got there and looked at my receipt. l also called their number to prove to manger the order taker is not telling you about the up charge didn’t get any refund ….the manager didn’t offer to give me the difference, give better customer service when it not the customer fault exspecial when u listen to the phone call yourself ms manger…

I place an order on line, before I paid for the order I called the store to let them know I couldn’t take off certain food on the pizza. The First Lady said I couldn’t take off the items and she seen when the order came thru. She put me on hold another lady said she’s the cook/manger and my pizza was made 5 min ago and it was coming out the oven… How? I didn’t place the order 5 minutes ago…. Just a waste

This was a really frustrating visit to Suffolk Pizza Hut.Main St Customer service was poor, the wait time was way too long, and the pizza was cold by the time it was handed to me. If you’re paying full price, you expect hot food and decent service—neither happened here
