I got Little Caesars yesterday and not only was the food great, but the person working the front desk (I believe his name was Victor) was incredibly kind, helpful, and unbelievably hilarious. I genuinely laughed out loud 3 times while waiting. It was a very warm and friendly atmosphere which was refreshing for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I Ordered Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix twice in two weeks but both times received Italian Cheese Bread. Second time, Italian cheese bread was so dry and burned through the pizza box cardboard. I had to throw away 3/4 of it but crazy bread in that same order was good. I had to wait 20 minutes longer than what the online order estimated.

Last hour we got a hot and ready with bread sticks. By time we got home we notice the bottom of pizza was hard and the bread sticks were also hard and looked old. I called the next day and ask for a new pizza and I’ll bring it back . I had the whole pizza and bread sticks and they said no returns. I wanted to exchange. But they end up offering me fresh bread sticks. Smh I only paid 12.45 but still this is crazy they won’t even look at the pizza and bread sticks.

They are even telling the customers to go to another pizza place more expensive. Smh this is not a respectable business! Don’t spend your money here.
Little Caesar is actually good and affordable that’s why I purchased a pizza but this place doesn’t care and obviously just want the money! Please don’t respond telling me to go else where more expensive cause I actually LOVE LITTLE CAESAR BUT NOT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN

The hours on Google are different than both what their website says and what their door says. Stopped by 10 minutes before closing according to their website/door to just get whatever they had, door was already locked and they were closing down, staff was still inside.

Imagine driving 8 hours from Kansas to Fargo, just to eat at this particular Little Caesars Pizza.
Oh, don’t be ridiculous…no one would do that. However, I did have to drive from Kansas to Fargo for another reason, and so I then went a little out of my way, just to experience (and support) this particular Little Caesars Pizza.
So — imagine my surprise (and slight confusion) with the nice, courteous, and prompt service I experienced from the polite and professional kid working behind the counter. No drama, no cursing, no scooters…just a pleasant greeting, an efficient payment process, and a short wait before sending me on my way with my order.
And the food itself? Well, somehow the Crazy Bread was hot, the pizza was fresh, AND each piece was cut all the way through.
In short, I’m giving 4 Stars, saving a potential 5-Star review for Rhombus Guys, in case I have time to give it a try while I’m in town. (I have heard that they’re pretty good.)

Your response of offering me a new order of bead sticks…means nothing. I had two orders of bread sticks and a pep pizza that was under cooked.
Might be time to hang your hat up, if this is the quality you are accepting.

I haven’t ever written a Google review as far as I can remember, but this is an exception. Having an owner who doesn’t let ungrateful customers verbally abuse them is so refreshing to see, and I would’ve loved to have a boss like that when I worked in fast food. I especially love how the owner will respond with how they actually feel about said customers in their reviews instead of giving the cookie cutter, disingenuous “we will do better” response that most other business owners give. I also heard they help feed the homeless, so bonus points there. Keep it up, and I think more business owners should be like you!

It was hot and fresh and they got it out to me quickly but it was extremely soggy and falling apart, the crust was undercooked and really thin
